SitRep - 05/04/24 - Long(er) range drones and possible damage in Morozovsk & Engels

An overview of the daily events in Russia's invasion of Ukraine. The GUR claims it damaged several fighter jets in Engels. Also, container cargo traffic has been resumed.

As usual we start with Russian losses over the past 24 hours.
All Shahed drones were destroyed overnight.
The day before, attacks were reported all over the border regions in Russia with Ukraine. One of the attacks on a substation was recorded on video
A Russian tank was hit and immobilized in the Avdiivka direction, likely damaged.
The 12th Operational Brigade with compilation footage of their night work in the Kreminna direction.
Ukrainian SSO playing games with Russian infantry.
Claims were made about damage to the Morozovsk airfield where Russian fighter jets are based. Still, confirmation footage has to appear.
The same goes for Engels-2 airbase, which Ukraine apparently targeted.
In Morovozsk, an explosion occured during the removal of explosives.
Several Russian howitzers were destroyed by FPV drones.
A stockpile of mines was found and destroyed. With a huge explosion followed by it.
Lets continue with the general events. Latvia now also proposes to contribute an amount based on a percentage of a country's GDP, just like Kaja Kallas said previously.
More aid was confirmed by Lithuania.
Important. Ukraine resumed container transportation in the ports of geater Odesa.
After the conscription age in Ukraine was lowered, TCC's have begun summoning those who are now eligible for conscription.
Drones with an even longer ranges are being produced by Ukraine. Soon, Russian bases in the very rear of the country can be targeted.
Meanwhile, Russia is trying to disrupt European logistics, for a while now.
