This is a 4th Chicago police officer's bodycam video from the "exchange of gunfire" with Dexter Reed, who died.
This footage shows Reed's vehicle appears to move forward during the shooting. He then emerges from the vehicle before falling to the ground as shots ring out.

The Chicago Reader thinks it has identified secret ShotSpotter devices (blue). We can say this unequivocally: After monitoring CPD radio traffic in the green-circled areas for nearly 9 years, we have NEVER heard a ShotSpotter dispatch there.
...The reader FOIAed repair orders from Motorola to build their list of secret ShotSpoters. Perhaps Motorola also repairs other non-ShotSpotter devices like traffic monitoring equipment and pods?
...Furthermore, the city data portal lists every ShotSpotter alert with GPS coordinates. Literally anyone can review *and map* the city's ShotSpotter alerts. In fact, by investing 2 minutes of valuable time, we just did that. Here's where the city's ShotSpotters are
