@amaragraps Pro-Russian activist Bukains and his 5 y/o daughter crossed the Zilupe River into Russia on SUP boards. In Latvia, Bukains faced charges of leading "Baltijas Antifasisti," with a potential life imprisonment or 10-20 year sentence. He was released on bail.
