@glennkirschner2 @TheRReport USSC is doing a catch & kill (rather, catch & delay so it can be killed) operation on Trump's Jan 6th case. They needlessly took it for the purpose of delaying it.
They are political operatives in robes put there to install Fed Society/Koch policies, not dispense justice.
@glennkirschner2 @TheRReport We have 6 political operatives in robes on the USSC. They were pushed there (REALLY pushed, by creating then violating made up on the spot 'rules') to overturn Roe, abolish affirmative action, destroy the VRA and the Civil Rights Act and protect corporations & billionaires.
@glennkirschner2 @TheRReport The ONLY precedent they have left to totally destroy is the Civil Rights Act. And they will. Dispensing justice under the rule of law is NOT why they are there. They proved that yesterday re: Jan 6. Nobody should doubt who and what they are. RNC operatives on a court.
@glennkirschner2 @TheRReport TWO THINGS: 1. they took this case IN ORDER TO DELAY IT. That is all. When they take indisputably criminal cases (no disagreement from any courts or juries on the way to the USSC) JUST for this purpose, THAT'S A TELL. Else, they'd not have taken it.
@glennkirschner2 @TheRReport 2. When cases are being massively SHOVED up to THIS USSC by Koch/Fed Society (they ARE, on orders from same) in order for MAGA to finally get what it wants from THIS court (because they can't get it legislatively or at the ballot box, THAT'S A TELL. Cases in point:
@glennkirschner2 @TheRReport Taking cases specifically to overturn decades of precedent:
Roe v Wade: overturned. Affirmative Action: overturned. VRA: destroyed. COMING SOON: LGBTQ rights: soon to be destroyed. Civil Rights Act: soon to be destroyed. Protecting Trump (catch & delay): they've got that
@glennkirschner2 @TheRReport It should be clear to anyone and everyone why those six conservative justices -- and particularly the last three appointed -- are there.
It's NOT to dispense justice under the law. It's to CREATE the gov't and society the Fed Society/Koch/MAGA want FROM THAT BENCH.
"Most people aren’t aware of Project 2025, or its playbook, “Mandate for Leadership: The Conservative Promise”—but you need to be." The US media won't discuss it in any detail so Americans are uninformed. /1
"Project 2025 is a coalition of prominent conservative organizations that includes the Claremont Institute, Alliance Defending Freedom, Family Research Council, Hillsdale College, Heritage Foundation, Freedom Works, American Legislative Exchange Council," ... /2
"...American Principles Project, and dozens of others. The organization’s goal is to lay out a “first 180 days” agenda for the next administration, and to recruit conservatives to fill positions within the federal government appointed by the executive branch."
