Welcome back to the ring, folks. When last we left Lee, he was hovering over a dirty bathtub. His pink gorilla mask had slipped off revealing another disguise: CHASE the CEO of SP411. Today we take a glimpse at the man underneath, the definitive heel: KING LEER.
From 2013-2020, SP411 was Lee's personal theatre. Lee boasted about his sexual escapades and discussed his many feuds, while silencing dissent. Lee emulated the WWE by manipulating unstable individuals and promoted petty drama. Not even his stable of Mods were off limits.
Lee referred to Mods/Users as a cast of characters, squaring them off against each other. Lee banned and unbanned users on impulse, outting (doxxing) and terrorizing those critical of him and/or SP411.
On SP411, Users and Unregistered accts (anonymous accts) were able to post for free, Advertisers, Moderators and Admins pay. Lee coerced SWers into paid memberships through many schemes, including blackmail.
Lee used SP411 to extort money from SWers by threatening their reputations. SWers had three options: 1. Become a paying member able to post and delete posts. 2. Pay a fee to delete each individual post. 3. Allow defamatory posts to affect their business.
Lee threatened to expose personal information unless he got what he wanted. SWers who refused to pay experienced increased harassment, defamation and risked being outed. Lee controlled the narrative and content isn't deleted without payment, trapping SWers financially.
Lee dehumanized SWers, taking their labour for granted often. In 2019, Lee described an instance where he scammed a SWer into giving him free services. At the end of the post Lee declared, "I still hate each and everyone of you."
Lee’s bullying on SP411 was well documented by SWers on social media, SW forums and on several blogs. In 2015, SWers started the account @reportSP411 and related blog to shed light on the forum and Lee's behaviour. reportsp411.blogspot.com/2015/11/chase-…
Lee responded to @reportsp411 with intimidation tactics. Lee already monitoring the blog and it's contributors posted a veiled threat directed at them on SP411. The threat warned, "be very careful when you speak out."
@reportSP411 detailed the abusive behaviour Mods/Admins/Avertisers delighted in. Some Moderators encouraged SWers to self-harm. Moderator/Admin and their theatrics were endorsed by Lee and their worst behaviour was rewarded.
Mods/Admins were an extension of Lee’s WWE fantasy, chosen to create controversy. Safety always taking a backseat to drama, Lee’s stable included predators. Lee launched storylines and gimmicks. And, when Lee got tired of one dangerous Admin he simply "killed off" the character.
Lee has a total disregard for dangers of SW and routinely outed SWers. In 2018, a banned and retired SWer was publicly identified in a newspaper. Lee linked the article in a 7 year old thread, outing her to an abusive registered member.
In 2019, Lee continued to harass the former SWer. Lee called her a disgusting human being and a liar. He claimed she hadn't retired and made multiple posts using her full name and aliases.
In a flame war btw Lee and another SWer, Lee spread rumours that she was trans. Lee insulted her regularly. He made fun of her genitals, her age, told her to play in traffic and discussed her mother by name.
Lee is controlling, spiteful and obsessive. He will drag out conflict for years over trivial slights. After taking ownership of SP411, Lee began sabotaging his competition. In 2016, Lee orchestrated a DDoS (denial-of-service) attack on rival review board HUBGFE, formerly CAERF.
In 2014, Lee threatened another rival board TERB claiming "SP411 will crush you in the end." In 2015, Lee began making good on his promise. He impersonated TERB administration, emailing TERB users' claiming the board had been hacked.
In Feb 2017, Lee spoofed TERB's email account and impersonated their administration again. Lee informed TERB members of the owner's death prior to the forum's official announcement. He invented a scenario where Fred died on vacation and claimed TERB was sold to SP411.
In Oct 2017, Lee claimed to have TERB's users IP addresses and said he willing to sell them. The thread is private but a blog post detailed the allegations. Lee's behaviour prompted admins to address the issue to the forum.
In August 2019, Lee bragged that TERB was offline implying he brought down the board. Lee said, "get a good firewall bitch." Later that month, Lee showed up at TERB's meet and greet to report on who was there, calling it behind enemy lines. archive.is/2024.04.24-093…
King Leer aka Lee is a voyeur. He enjoys filming people without their knowledge and/or consent and posting them online.
Describing himself as paparazzi, Lee posted photos on SP411 of a trans SWer he spotted at a concert. Lee texted her impersonating another member of the forum and posted the conversation as well. archive.is/2024.04.21-181…
By 2020, Lee began reinventing himself once more. Lee's absence from SP411 fuelled rumours that Chase was dead. In actuality Lee had neglected SP411 to underwrite partner Caryma Sa'd's efforts to become a public figure.
Shared access to accounts enable Caryma and Lee to lap up controversy with new stable of characters. What's next for this Sa'd Team? Will it be the main event? Stay tuned to find out.

Caryma Sa'd's partner, known as to many as "Lee," has a long history of in-person/online harassment and abuse. Before becoming Sad Lawyer Toronto's videographer he sought to be a mogul in the sex industry.
The sex industry is ripe for exploitation from men like Lee. Sex Workers (SWers) are secretive about their identities to protect themselves not only from social stigma, which can result in insecure housing and eviction, but also from violence. xtramagazine.com/power/activism…
In Canada, on average seven SWers are murdered every year while working. SWers face high rates of sexual violence and assault, and are often unable to consider legal options or turn to police for fear of criminalization or abuse. These realities make them vulnerable to predators.
