Lord Rama has three folds in his neck and belly, three distinct depressions on his body, and is shorter than average in four places. His head has three spirals in his hair, and there are four lines at the base of his thumb and on his forehead. He stands at a height of four Kishku and possesses four pairs of evenly matched limbs.
How much is 1 Kishku.
In Brahmanda Purana it is mentioned how much is 1 Kishku.
Twenty-one finger size (width) make one Ratni. Twenty-four finger size make one Hasta. Two Ratnas or forty-two finger width, make one Kiṣku.
From the above passage, it is clear that 2 Ratnas or 42 finger width form one Kishku. This means the height of Lord Rama would be 4 x 42 = 168 Angulas.
