The final agreement aims to: release all Israeli captives who were in the Gaza Strip since the beginning of the current events, and all Palestinian captives, within a set of guarantees in exchange for preparing security arrangements and releasing all prisoners in return, with the commitment to cease attacks from prisons (according to the law). Upon reaching a final understanding, the ceasefire will take place in stages. It includes two phases regarding Gaza and all ages.
The final agreement is in 3 consecutive and simultaneous stages, as follows:

💠Phase 1 (42 Days):

1. The complete cessation of military operations between the two parties, and the withdrawal of Israeli forces to the east, moving away from the densely populated areas to the border area in all regions of the Gaza Strip, including Wadi Gaza - the liberated area (Barraz Kuwait) entirely.
2. Halting military reconnaissance and intelligence activities in the Gaza Strip for 10 hours a day, and for 12 hours on Saturdays, releasing the captives and providing an index.

### **Return of the Displaced to their Homes and Withdrawal and Role of Gaza (Barraz Beach and Kuwait Border).**

1. On the third day after the release of 3 of the captives, the complete withdrawal of Israeli forces from all areas of the Gaza Strip, including Wadi Gaza - the liberated area (Barraz Kuwait), beginning a new phase.
2. On the fourth day, the return of all detained settlers (over 50 years old) begins, and all of them (Barraz Kuwait), releasing the fourth phase.

**On the Exchange of Captives and Military Personnel between the Two Sides and the Return of Calm and Peace**

The Final Agreement Includes:

1. The release of all Israeli captives who were in the Gaza Strip since the beginning of the current events.
2. The release of all Palestinian captives in exchange for the commitment to cease all attacks and operations from prison (according to the law).
3. The release of all Israeli captives (women and children above 30 years) on the same day.
4. The release of all Israeli captives (above 50 years) and the injured and elderly captives. In return, Israel will release 30 prisoners, including women, children, and elderly captives above 50 years.
5. The release of all Palestinian captives, including children and women, in exchange for the commitment not to re-arrest them.
6. The release of the four Israeli soldiers in three phases. In return, the Palestinians will release 20 children and girls in successive phases and on the same day.
7. The release of 50 Palestinian prisoners from Israel’s prison (20 of them are boys).

The Agreement Will Be Executed in 3 Phases as Outlined Below:

1. Cease all hostilities on both sides for a period of 42 days.
2. Begin preparations for the evacuation of civilians from northern Gaza to the southern part.
3. Begin releasing all Palestinian children under the age of 16 and women over the age of 30.
4. Begin releasing all Israeli captives above the age of 50, injured, and elderly prisoners.
5. Begin releasing 20 Palestinian prisoners from Israeli prisons (10 boys and 10 girls).

💠Second Phase (14 Days):

1. Continue the evacuation of civilians from northern Gaza.
2. Begin releasing the remaining Palestinian children under 16 and women over 30.
3. Release 10 Palestinian prisoners from Israeli prisons.

💠Third Phase (14 Days):

1. Complete the evacuation of civilians from northern Gaza.
2. Release the four Israeli soldiers in exchange for 20 Palestinian prisoners.
3. Announce the cessation of hostilities and the establishment of calm and peace in the region.

- Israel releases all the prisoners it initially re-arrested.

2. **Day 33**:
- Israel releases 33 re-arrested prisoners.
- Israel releases the same number of women and children it arrested from Gaza on October 17, 2023, under the age of 19.

- Both parties agree to halt military operations.
- Israel withdraws its forces and allows humanitarian aid into Gaza.

4. **Legal Procedures**:
- The legal procedures to prevent re-arresting previously freed Palestinian prisoners are completed.

5. **Negotiations**:
- Negotiations continue to reach a long-term settlement for the next phase.

6. **Procedures**:
- Procedures begin to release prisoners from prisons and detention centers, starting on October 17, 2023.

7. **Phase Two**:
- The two sides agree to ceasefire and halt all attacks, including stopping all operations by Israeli forces and entry of humanitarian aid.

8. **Phase Three**:
- The legal procedures to prevent re-arresting previously freed Palestinian prisoners are completed.

10. **Mutual Commitments**:
- The parties agree to halt operations and release prisoners, including 200,000 detainees.
