SitRep - 07/05/24 - ATACMS in Luhansk and don-don Kadyrov appeared again.

An overview of the daily events in Russia's invasion of Ukraine. An oil depot in occupied Luhansk was hit with ATACMS, while don-don Kadyrov made some claims about new Russian attacks.

As usual we start with Russian losses over the past 24 hours. We include visually confirmed destroyed or damaged equipment and/or personnel.
During the day, two cruise missiles were taken down.
Russian equipment and fortifications taken out by cluster munitions.
Near Urozhaine, a Ukrainian counterattack happened after which Russian soldiers were captured.
A MSTA-B and two control points were destroyed on the left bank.
Russian motorcyclist tried to advance towards Ukrainian positions but were repelled.
Russian equipment and trenches were targetted near Novomykhailiivka.
This is how Robotyne looks like at this moment. Full of destroyed Russian equipment and personnel.
In occupied Luhansk, a missile strike happened on a local oil depot.
Lets continue with the general events. New images emerged of the Ukrainian Magura V5 naval drone equipped with R-73 air-to-air missiles.
Citizens in Russia are adepting to the daily lower quality of life due to the war. They barely protest against it but accept it as is.
President Xi doesn't think China is the country to blame in regards to the war in Ukraine.
Putin was 'sworn in'. Ukraine said it does not recognize his presidency.
A new EU plan to allocate profits of frozen Russian assets for Ukraine emerged. Neutral countries get to opt out for military aid but allocate it for humanitarian needs instead.
The SBU said it had thwarted an attempt on the lives of Zelenskyi, Budanov, Malyuk and other high-ranking officials.
Don-don Kadyrov hinted on new offensive actions. Towards Odesa and Kharkiv.
The Ukrainian Prosecutor Office said that almost half of all launched North Korean supplied ballistic missiles exploded mid-air.
Italy said it doesn't want its weapons that were sent to Ukraine to be used outside Ukrainian sovereign territory.
A new branch within the Ukrainian Armed Forces will be created, specifically for unmanned systems.
