new protocol development is starting to migrate off of ethereum as a result of on-chain applications lacking the ability to sequence themselves (check out the self sequencing and v cool @penumbrazone and @HyperliquidX !)

blockchains, as a product of being time discrete systems, create pressurized value in certain storage slots, similar to the value HFT firms compete over. on-chain applications are the best entities to decide how to fairly distribute this value academic.oup.com/qje/article/13…

i include a possible rough draft specification for ethereum to add support for native bundles with 2 new transaction types, giving onchain applications more control over their sequencing ⚠️🔨🤌

included is a repo demonstrating a concept UniswapV3 pool which auctions off its first swap using block builders' already provided bundle infrastructure, an example of the type of system sequencing rules could enable
