Liquidity pools are important for the full functioning of DEXes. Liquidity is very important because it directly determines slippage.

The higher the DEX’s or the pool's liquidity, the lower the slippage which in turn leads to a better UX.

To maintain a healthy liquidity in a pool, the Dex or liquidity pools need to give their best to bootstrap more LPs to their pools.

This can be done by proper incentivization and provision of a seamless platform for the LPs.
