3 years ago, a friend of mine, arguably my closest female friend (as she then was) called me. She was crying. I asked her what happened and she asked me to check my WhatsApp.
SOMEONE IS THREATENING TO POST HER NUDES ONLINE!!!

She sent me their chats with her. They didn’t even ask for money. They just informed her they have it and will post it. Well, they wanted her to make the offer. She was distraught and I knew now was not the time to bring intellectualism on the table. I had to calm her down first.

HOW DID THEY GET IT? Apparently, she sent it to her ‘man’ and he got robbed. The muggers had him logout of his iCloud. I knew because I also know him and he told me about it like a week before she got the message.

WHAT TO DO?
I told her to not make an offer. Let them say what they want. She should not beg them. We cannot take the matter to court right now. Police is another long issues. We do not even know them and the hassle of tracing them, phew. 😮‍💨. We have to be clever.

So I conjured up a text and sent to her. I asked her to send it to them. She read it and was so angry at me. She said I do not care about her or her reputation. I simply told her to trust me. I swear I didn’t know what I was doing or if it would work. I just had faith 😭😭.

She sent it, albeit reluctantly. I asked her to not block them. 2 years later, they are yet to respond or post those pictures and videos. Maybe they decided to own it and jerk off to it every night. Good for them. 👍🏽☺️.

In the text, I told them to post it. I mentioned how some great people have had their explicit images released in a bid to tarnish their images. I told them that they could easily be the stepping stone she has been looking for. I told them to post it so that when she blows…

…they can find her and rob her just like they robbed the guy. I quickly googled some tech IP tracking jargons and added in the text then I told them to better use a VPN. 😭😂.
