Some of my favorite aspects of College Football 25's Gameplay. A Thread:

Let's start with Custom Route Stems. Now you can adjust your hot routes to ANY length. You also have 12 hot routes available at all times without the need of an ability! Image
Switch Assist. Now you can switch between players post snap, allowing you to truly be the best user defender possible!
Abilities. They've been redone, and do not GUARENTEE an outcome. They give situational boosts and can be more powerful based on the tier a player has.

Wear & Tear. This truly changes how you play. You can't just take hits over and over anymore. You have to worry about how you are using your players, and you have to protect them as much as possible. The more a body part is injured, the more their ratings and injury risk change. Image
Composure. Pretty much what it sounds like, the more compose your player is, the better he performs. In the Coach cam you an view your players composure. Red indicates heating up, blue indicates he's cold. Performance and Home Field Advantage can affect this. Image
Passing. The passing system from EA was redone here, where trajectory is much better, and Throw Power also factors into your velocity. Aim to get the new pass meter in blue for best accuracy. Yellow will make accuracy uncertain, while red has a higher risk of inaccuracy.
Playbooks. From all of the different option schemes, to the wide splits teams like OU uses, it's all here. How your favorite team plays in real life is represented here. A bunch of new trick plays were also added, which should be a lot of fun to sneak in from time to time.

Kick Meter. This thing is kinda crazy, to the point where I missed multiple Extra Points when I played. This is especially hard when you're on the road. I love it, long kicks should not be easy to nail, especially in college!
Coach Vision. This is a system that lets you get all of the info you need preplay. Use L2/LT and the Right Stick to view your teams Composure, Wear & Tear, Matchups and Blocking Assignments! Image
Home Field Advantage. We've had this before, we have it in Madden currently, but it just feels different here. The presentation, the audio, the crowd interaction, and the return of the Pulse Meter make this feel truly crazy.
TEMPO. The old No Huddle is back, but there's even a faster version as well called Turbo. Turbo allows you to get set even faster, but you can't make adjustments. You're trading adjustments for speed. Players also look to the sideline during regular No Huddle to see Playcalls! Image
