First what is Minotaur?
Minotaur is a multi-resource blockchain consensus protocol, meaning that it leverages different security resources: work, useful work, stake etc. Thus, Minotaur enables validators from different L1s to participate in a Partner Chain validation.
We at @InputOutputHK Research (IOR) use technical readiness to track progress of #Cardano R&D.
It's inspired from the TRLs of @NASA, we call it Software Readiness Levels (SRL). There are 9 levels of SRL, this 🧵 explains the deliverables that are expected at each level.
