The CIO of the CIA works closely with In-Q-Tel to identify investments for the agency. At the time of the firm's investment in Palantir, Alan Wade was CIO. But who is Alan Wade?

After 9/11, Wade played a key role in the push for a "public-private" survellaince program known as Total Information Awareness (TIA), an "all-seeing" aparatus managed by DARPA. The program was nominally terminated by Congress due to privacy concerns.

The archictect & leader of TIA was John Poindexter. Poindexter was Reagan's advisor during Iran-Contra, a 5 time felon who admitted to witholding info from Congress. Wade and Poindexter met regarding TIA many times and managed the participation of all US intelligence agencies.

After the program, so invasive the ACLU said it would "kill privacy in America", received considerable backlash, it was defunded. However, it was later revealed it was never actually shut down. It’s thought the software was engulfed by Palantir.

While the Palantir co-founders claim the company was founded in 2004, the date of incorporation was 2003, the same time the TIA was getting backlash and preparing to shut down. Here is where things get interesting:

The Palantir founding story from Lonsdale is the PayPal team had prior IC relationships and experience in security from PP's anti-fraud systems. Post 9/11, they were motivated by patriotism and used their experience to improve the CIA's internal outdated anti-terrorism tools…

I wonder where known Israeli spy and co-author of the Clean Break report, Richard Perle, connecting Thiel/Karp with Poindexter fits into all of this?

Until 2008, the CIA was Palantir’s only client. Alan Wade played a key role in tweaking Palantir’s products to optimize them for the CIA. Wade & Poindexter describing TIA sounds identical to Thiel & Karp describing Palantir🤔 But there’s even more concerning details about Wade🇮🇱

Chiliad, another spook software company, was founded by Christine Maxwell (daughter of Robert, sister of Ghislaine), Paul McOwen, and a “mysterious” unnamed third individual. Fortunately for us, Bloomberg lists an Alan Wade as the companies co-founder.

Whitney Webb, earlier in the chapter, draws links between Chiliad and PROMIS, the infamous software stolen by Robert Maxwell. Webb suspects Chiliad was rolled up into Palantir as a new PROMIS, giving Israel a backdoor into U.S. intel (see image).

To summarize a little, Alan Wade was involved with the TIA, Palantir, and Chiliad. Mega-spook Poindexter, architect of TIA, was introduced to Thiel by Perle (Israeli spy). Christine Maxwell, whose family is involved in Israeli infiltration of Silicon Valley, founded Chiliad. 🕸️
