🚨 Day 4 Hunter Biden Trial Update🚨
The defense is floundering in my humble opinion, trying to admit evidence that they didn’t properly share with the Prosecution. It lead to many very confusing exchanges between Hallie Biden and the defense I believe it’s burning up very little of the good will left in the jury.
Yesterday they burned through most of it when trying to trip up Gordon Cleveland the man who sold Hunter the pistol. Thats how it ended yesterday and today after that the defense imho is laboring. Talking to the journalist in the room after the sentiment is like I said they are burning through their good will. The judge was also frustrated but laughing and personally if I were her I would have put an end to it.
They were trying to use inadmissible texts to refresh Hallie’s memory but many times she used the information on the texts to respond which she wasn’t allowed to do.
