Why’s it easier to deny COVID is persistent? #LongCOVID #pwLC
1. Admitting COVID is persistent & causing #LC puts the onus on the government to solve the problem.
Not admitting or addressing that it’s persistent allows them to put the blame on you & your body instead.
🧵🧵
2. Admitting persistence means the government has to deal with it. If they don’t admit it, they can call it post viral nothing new & just have Long Haulers do what other chronically ill have done & they don’t have to develop new testing, trials, & treatments.
3. Admitting persistence can put them at fault for allowing the spread & may put a spotlight on the vaccines.
4. Admitting persistent can put them more at fault for potentially contributing to the development of SARS-CoV-2 & all sickness that that chronic pathogen has caused.
5. Admitting persistence will come at a tremendous cost. HIV receives $42 billion in funding annually. There are 1.2 million with HIV & 32 effective antivirals.
There are 23 million plus with Long COVID. That’s an equivalent cost of hundreds of billions a year. 💰💰
6. Admitting persistence can open up a Pandora’s Box for other people with chronic illness who deal with unsolved chronic pathogens due to poor testing & treatments.
Chronic Lyme, currently called Post Treatment Lyme Disease Syndrome by the CDC+, being one.
There are plenty more reasons, but you’re getting the picture.
It’s easier, cheaper, & brings less grief for the government to put Long Haulers into the post-viral, ME/CFS symptomatic syndrome umbrella land than deal with the problem head on.
Don’t let them do this BS to us.

Remember this graphic when it was just #LongCOVID & #MECFS & it made it look like they were the same thing. Wellll …
I guess Long COVID, ME/CFS, #ChronicLyme, & Chornic #HIV are all the same thing based on this updated graphic.
🧵
What does it mean?
These chronic illnesses are all the same because of the similar problems? They’re mostly all chronic pathogens causing these issues? These three chronic pathogens are not really chronic & a problem, but instead are all immune triggered symptomatic syndromes?
So chronic illnesses share a lot of similarities in general quite often? Hmm imagine that.
What if I told you that at the Senate HELP Committee Meeting on #LongCOVID COVID viral persistence was mentioned 1 time & alluded to 2 other times BUT …
infection associated chronic illness, ME/CFS, & Post Viral triggered illness were mentioned 🥁🥁 37 times. That’s 37-3.
🧵
You might think, no way, that can’t be true!
But it is, but it is. I just rewatched the entire hearing & paid close attention & tallied it up. I did that because when I watched it the first time I could feel the unnatural feeling imbalance in the discussion.
More below.
Here is a link the hearing to watch yourself if you don’t believe me:
What’s helped me most with my #LongCOVID? I’m glad you asked.
Here’s what has helped, what condition I was in at the time, & why I believe it helped.
Ranked in order of importance.
🧵🧵🧵
1. IV Ozone
When I was on death’s door I made sure that I found IV Ozone. I was pale, severely underweight, barely moving, couldn’t even use my phone, & seemed riddled with COVID. IV Ozone saved me & brought me back. Killed off chronic pathogens & made my blood less thick/dark.
2. Tollovid
Have consistently taken it for a while. Take half dose daily & ramp up if reinfected. I feel worse if I’m not taking it. Seems to help with limiting COVID viral replication (supposed to be a 3CL Protease inhibitor like Paxlovid) & thus reduces my symptoms overall.
Stuffy Nose
Scratchy Throat (Can Hear in Voice)
Migraines
Tightness in Chest
Phlegm
Urgency to Urinate
Burping/Gas
Neuropathy
Cold/Warm/Chills
Neuro Inflammation/Weakness

Fatigue
Trouble Sleeping
Vivid Nightmares… twitter.com/i/web/status/1…
Also Can Sometimes Feel:
Upset Stomach
Pain In Kidneys, Liver, Chest
Palpitations
Night Sweats
Sweat Smells Different
Swollen Lymph Nodes (Under Arms)
Ringing/Pain In Ears
Waterlogged Looking Fingers
Joint/Bone Pain
I’m reinfected right now it seems. Where the hell did I even go to catch this? (I do have 1 person living in my house so) This isn’t the first time, and probably won’t be the last. The amount of reinfections people have had are probably wayyyy more than they think. Stay safe! 😷
