Since @uhler_jon has made it clear that he does not intend to honor his agreement with @OsborneInk to let him ask our questions during their 30 June YouTube livestream, we have decided to give Jon right of reply here, in the forum he loves best, for our story about him

2 @uhler_jon Why did you spank your three children until they were 17 on the bottoms or backs of legs, with hands or a leather strap, as many as 100 times, until you left bruises and even drew blood?

3 @uhler_jon When you were made aware of Patricia's sexual abuse of your sons, saw her directly touching their naked genitals, and knew she was making the boys sleep with her until they were 18 or 19, why did you fail to act?

4 @uhler_jon Why did you menace Lane with a gun in the house? Was it before or after he poisoned you in a bid to stop the abuse?

5 @uhler_jon When are you posting Part 3 of your interview with Ken Herdman?

6 @uhler_jon What happened to the six-figure savings you had by the year 2000, which included the college money for your children?

7 @uhler_jon You have publicly blamed "theological differences" for the breakup of your ChurchProtect partnership in 2017. Why then did you scream at Mr. Hinton, threaten him on the phone, dox him, and privately accuse him of criminal behavior?

8 @uhler_jon Looking back, do you you regret making such a hard pitch for your dream of a treatment center or group home near Somerset to your church community? They describe you as "pushy" and "over the top" and say that "something is wrong with that guy." Your reaction?

9 @uhler_jon When you screamed at your daughter to pay you back $200, so that you would not have to work at Wal-Mart, how recently had you purchased that home on the golf course because it was where you dreamed of retiring?

10 @uhler_jon You've frequently cited a "research and clinical" membership in the Association for the Treatment and Prevention of Sexual Abuse (ATSA) which does not "certify" members and says you are not a current member. Can you explain these discrepancies?

11 @uhler_jon In 2017 you claimed that you had worked with over 3,000 sex offenders. One year later you claimed that you had worked with over 4,000. You were not employed in a prison at the time. How did you work with 1,000 new offenders, then?

12 @uhler_jon Our sources say that you were already inflating your claimed experience with S/Os in 2015 and 2016 around the time you were arrested for forging prisoner signatures at Somerset. Was that episode part of your effort to inflate your experience?

13 @uhler_jon On your application for an LPC license in South Carolina, you failed to indicate the Somerset arrest and misdemeanor forgery charge in answer to the relevant questions on the form. Has the Office of Investigative Enforcement asked you about this discrepancy yet?

14 @uhler_jon You left Somerset for Penikese Island with $3,500 donated to you by the church to start over. You returned less than three weeks later and never explained yourself. What happened Jon? Had you reconnected with Susan and decided to pursue her instead?

15 @uhler_jon Did you push Patricia off the balcony, or talk her into it, Jon? Also: why did you, instead of calling 911, go make your son clock out of work to come home and "discover" Patricia? Why did you immediately enact a "scene" and tell your son to lie to police?

16 @uhler_jon You have indicated that you were currently serving "50 guys" in two, three, four, or five weekly group sessions at a time. However your contract with South Carolina limits you to ten clients in each group. Are you lying to us, or the state of South Carolina?

17 @uhler_jon Johnny Crowley tells us that your "counseling" destroyed his mother's mind. Jill was severely mentally ill and you made things worse. Did you target the Crowleys because they are "paranoid and religious" like you?

18 @uhler_jon We have multiple reports of counselees who "recovered" memories of abuse thanks to your suggestions. Do you see private clients without your LPC license because you engage in discredited pseudotherapeutic practices?

19 @uhler_jon We have also been told that in 2016-17 your descriptions of what you did with men in prison "didn’t sound logical or legitimate from a secular perspective or a religious type of perspective." Care to explain what that means?

20 @uhler_jon When you discuss autogynephilia, you never seem to mention Blanchard's typology. You never cite any expert opinion other than your own. What is the source of your expertise on this topic? How many AGP men did you work with before you praised Shupe in 2019?

21 @uhler_jon In the event there are any hearings regarding your licensure in South Carolina, what do you think the committee will make of the way you pestered and defamed a potential witness against you on this app?

22 @uhler_jon Who taught you to redact emails with state officials containing personal information? Because you suck at it. Or is that on purpose? Are you breadcrumbing, Jon?

23 @uhler_jon Your father Lew Uhler was a conservative legend. Also he was a child molester. You knew but did not warn your children. Why not? How do you square all these safeguarding failures with your curated public image as an expert on safeguarding? alec.org/article/rememb…

"I can't believe I said I was going to give him money and that I was arrogant," Nicole tells us. In reality, "@uhler_jon and his wife Susan had HORRIBLY guilt tripped me over taking care of myself." This speaks to our questions about Jon's financial abuse of his family

"Definitely NOT the letter I would send now. What a truly arrogant ASS." She says she cut off all contact with Jon in 2019.

Nicole is a new mom and she has been through a lot, so we were being patient and not pushy. Thank you @uhler_jon!

In response to our questions last night, @uhler_jon published a video made in 2019 to YouTube with photos of his children laid over Burl Ives singing to Rudolph. "Those are the photos he took and never gave to me," Nicole says.

.@uhler_jon also published a slideshow of Nicole's wedding, "which he made, without my consent, instead of giving me a wedding gift. He never paid for or gave any wedding gifts to me."

What a great guy

Thanks to Nicole's getting back in touch with us, we have been able to correct the record on details that @uhler_jon refused to address last night. This has moved our publishing timetable forward, hooray!
