Criminal charge referrals against Governor (former PA AG) Shapiro, Gov Wolf, Delco DA Stollsteimer, DOJ, et al mailed via USPS and emailed yesterday and today.
These criminal charges along with July 4th, 2023 disclosure and criminal charges submitted to House Judiciary Chair Jim Jordan, have sharp teeth because they require formal investigations, and provide leverage to Congress, GAO, and SCOTUS to suspend CIGIE retaliation and election interference against President Trump. Must be acted on within 30 days.
It has taken 3 years of lower court cases, FOIA's, RTK's, citizen investigations, and uploading evidentiary base to public record, National Archives, and DOJ.
No way around these charges.
This is differentiator from all previous cases submitted to state and federal officials and agencies by other election integrity groups / efforts, and what we have been quietly and diligently working on and assembling for almost four years.
"They" thought they were "winning" by criminally quashing investigations and court cases, and erroneously figured we would quit by now, or that they could delay us past the Nov 2024 elections.
They figured wrong.
The documents posted below are a difficult read, but are composed in the format of professional charge sheets that would normally be prepared by state and federal prosecutors, and what the courts require to act immediately.
