This graphic is from the Surgeon General's video announcing his advisory on gun violence. The statistic it features has been pushed out a lot. We have three thoughts: 
First, 18 and 19-year-old adults are counted. These same adults--who can get married, drive a car, buy a house, assume debt, vote, and who the State gleefully drafts for war--are somehow considered children.
Second, children under 12 months of age are not counted. Most child deaths occur BEFORE the age of one--a tragic 20,553 to be specific. The Disarmament Regime is not counting infant mortalities because they know that such deaths would destroy their narrative about gun violence.
Third, no statistic, no research, and no amount of data manipulation can justify depriving peaceable people the moral and natural right to self-defense. Even if all this data were authentic and honest--which they fucking aren’t--it still wouldn’t matter.
The SG' s advisory isn’t just cheap “science;” it is the ravaging of research. This is but the capstone of the Disarmament Regime’s wholesale collaboration between academia and jackboots to prop up, justify, and legitimize leveraging State violence against peaceable people.
These people hate you, and want you defenseless, desperate, and dependent.
