Each envelope carrying Anthrax had a letter attached to it that read ‘Death to Israel’ — a failing attempt to make it look like a Muslim extremist carried out the attack, but no Muslim country had access to weaponized anthrax, only China, Russia, USA and Israel had access.
No one was ever found responsible for those attacks.
