Without meditation, no one can receive the bliss of enlightenment in sacred stillness/samadhi.
But without a Real Enlightened Guru to give guidance, meditation is only a sport.
If 5 mins daily sitting still can make you One With Father, then everyone must be Buddha or Jesus ๐
Why need to receive enlightenment first, only after that can anyone give their teachings? Because if not so, their false beliefs about real enlightenment can make all the others/disciples/followers fall and lost in the true path to the Ultimate. Real bad Karmas for the fake Guru.
In India in the time of the Buddha and even now, a person without a Guru would often be despised, the reason is that people didnโt believe in self-realization, it was too difficult for anyone to attain. Our karmas/void from many lives are too thick and always blinding us from it.
Spirit, God, is one infinite, indivisible, pure and perfect Selfhood; and there can be no personal self, being, mind or body. Spirit is our Life, our Life is Spirit. Spirit is our Mind or Consciousness.
Mind or Consciousness is our Spirit. Spirit is our Body, our Body is Spirit. Spirit is our only Self, I or ME-boundless, immeasurable, timeless, spaceless, incorporeal.
There is no mortal, human or material being, mind, self or body. Spirit is our only Self, I or ME-boundless, immeasurable, timeless, spaceless, incorporeal. There is no mortal, human or mate-rial being, mind, self or body. There is but "ME"-I AM the One who is real and present.
ใ Who sees all beings in her own Self, and her own Self in all beings, loses all fear. When a sage sees this great Unity and her Self has become all beings, what delusion and what sorrow can ever be near her? ใ
โ Isha Upanishad
Behold the universe in the glory of God: and all that lives and moves on earth. Leaving the transient, ๏ฌnd joy in the Eternal: set not your heart on anotherโs possession.
Working thus, one may wish for a life of a hundred years. Only actions done in God bind not the soul.
There are demon-haunted worlds, regions of utter darkness. Whoever in life denies the Spirit, falls into that darkness of death.
The Spirit, without moving, is swifter than the mind; the senses cannot reach it: It is even beyond them.
Because they give us everything without asking for anything, because they are defenseless against the power of man, because they are eternal children, because they don't know what hate or war is.
Because they don't know money and they they are satisfied only with a place to take refuge from the cold. Because they make themselves understood without saying a word, because their gaze is as pure as their soul.
Because they do not know envy or rancor, because forgiveness is still natural in them. Because they know love with loyalty and fidelity, because they live without having a luxurious home.
The human anatomy is a microcosm of the many systems and levels of order in nature.
By seeing and identifying with the vital, psychic and spiritual energies of the subtle bodies the viewer may broaden their identity beyond the physical body and provide for the influx of healing energies from a more perfect spiritual template.
Perhaps this is a way that art may directly stimulate a subtle healing response. By using the visual metaphor of transparency my paintings allude to the process of becoming transparent to the sacred ground.
You came into this world as a radiant bundle of exuberant riddles. You slipped into this dimension as a shimmering burst of spiral hallelujahs. You blasted into this realm as a lush explosion of ecstatic gratitude. And it is your birthright to fulfill those promises.

I'm not pandering to your egotism by telling you these things. When I say, "Be yourself," I don't mean you should be the self that wants to win every game and use up every resource and stand alone at the end of time on top of a Mt. Everest-sized pile of pretty garbage.
.
When I say, "Be yourself," I mean the self that says "Thank you!" to the wild irises and the windy rain and the people who grow your food.
.
When I say, "Be yourself," I mean the rebel creator who's longing to make the whole universe your home and sanctuary.
