Maybe the media giants finally discovered how to replace them with pod people.
They did episode by episode of Picard season 1 and 2 despite utterly wanting to die inside watching it and now they're saying if Star Wars annoys you (after mentioning (now) critics like SWT) just stop watching or its sad like criticism has no value or helps media change.
People were starving in the world when they made multi hour videos on the prequels but doing that now means you're wasting your life and its sad to notice details. RLM wouldn't exist, they'd be feeding the homeless not watching Shark Exorcist, or the Acolyte themselves.
They're shocked they'd say that, i'm more shocked they said "We're only four episodes in so there's not much to talk about" in an 8 episode show. Old RLM would have noticed that is a big issue. Half way through and almost nothing to talk about but it was hand waved in its favour.
This is to say this just continues the long tradition of Star Trek nerds calling Star Wars nerds nerds who are sad for caring about details in their space wizard shit whilst obsessing over how magical space beings dust affects the warp bubble on gen3 Miranda class starships.

I should just detransition, its too hard man. You know what pushed me to retreat from society was passing in guy clothes. Had an older man run up and tell me not to accidently go into the men's. I thought what if someone not nice does that and then finds out and gets upset.
I could no longer boy mode. It was a real point of no return and it scared me. I retreated from the outside world, my skin became worse having not seen sunlight in two years, I ate less so there was less fat for the hormones. Didn't even realize I was sabotaging, or punishing.
As a person I retweeted said its the same pattern its always been. Anything that was uncool but becomes the mainstream is always invaded by people who don't even like it but want to claim it. To claim it they have to remove everyone who liked it before it was cool through slander

Nothing sums this culture up more than a simple headline:
Gamers are dead: Gamers no longer need to be your audience.
AKA video games are cool now so gamers can no longer have then. Video games are ours now. didn't quite work out for those SJW's though because we fought back.
The irony is the people who hated it invade that culture solely because its popular now. They remove everyone who made it popular, change it because they don't even like it then run it into the ground before moving onto something else. Look at comics.
