REASON i lost 10L because of implementation issue/a developers bug by zerodha not because of some technical glitch or network issue.
Please read and help.
1. I placed market orders starting from 9.19
2. All went to my orderbook with OPEN status
3. Tried at least 15-20 times to cancel but couldn't cancel them
4. My available margin was changing all this while
What went wrong behind zerodha servers
1. My market orders went to zerodha servers successfully
2. Zerodha sent them to NSE successfully
3. NSE responded with successful orders back to zerodha
4. Zerodha received those successful buy orders
5. Meanwhile Zerodha sends a notice explaining the status issue
6. IMPORTANT: Now zerodha made a big mistake here, they couldn't update executed orders status from OPEN to COMPLETE and they all got stuck in zerodha servers.
7. That's why I couldn't see any orders in my orderbook’s EXECUTED section and they were all in the OPEN orders section.
8. I couldn't cancel them because they were already executed on the zerodha server, I couldn't see them because zerodha never sent them to me.

Zerodha sends out this notice saying status updation of older orders is still pending, which includes my orders
⚠️⚠️Soon as they changed the status of these orders (Just the STATUS nothing else) and suddenly, at 10:30, i started receiving all my successful orders stuck in the zerodha serves with the same time and price i initially placed those orders (at 9:30).
And suddenly started reflecting in my orderbook EXECUTED section.
If u see the orders, this is not how i trade
- i never trade multiple index and CE PE together
- never hold trades more than 3 mins and this went for 1 hr 15 mins
