I agree with some of it, particularly the point about how crypto is a movement more than a technology.
In the future, I bet Bitcoin will be treated like ancient coinage. It will be extremely high value as a collectible item, significantly more than it will ever be worth as a circulating “currency”
What I don’t get about his post is why should humans trust the subjective consensus of AGI?
In fact almost everything tells me that we wouldn’t. To me that doesn’t add up.
Also one thing about zk proofs is that they do need to be posted somewhere that can be objectively accessed and reproved.
So it doesn’t feel like we’d be able to ditch blockchains entirely, even in an everything ZK and TEE future.
