if the weapon is a commercial 7.62x51 NATO /.308 WIN weapon these would be smaller
if ammo is M855 green tip or (I suppose people could be that dumb) M193 55gn they'd be bigger
A miss makes more and more sense
@CadetBoneySpurs the tripods and tripod heads are probably RRS
from the inspection stickers on the scopes I think those are Nighforce ATACR 7-35s
@gunmanfourteen @CadetBoneySpurs I mean, right when you're about to try to do something like that you'd think ATF compliance would be your *last worry*
but maybe this just wasn't well thought-through 🤷♀️

So this cargo ship seizure is remarkable because in 2+ years of seeing Russia plunder grain from a war zone - namely, Ukraine - in open sight of the entire world with impunity, Ukraine's navy (!!!) and the SBU are the first real consequences anyone's faced for it this whole time
This is control code for a bot farm from today's FBI bust.
Fascinating picture of "how the other half codes".
But that third screen, the flow-chart... that's a real interesting software-architectural structure I think.
Compared to how I worked a similar problem, "souls" are just single user accounts to me and everyone gets their own toolkit of "thoughts" that I call "cards" (from debate) that they can format in a "staging" area
Designing for centralization like these guys is VERY different.
The best way I could characterize the conversation around for the Biden #debate right now is that it's pervaded by malinformation.
It's not disinfo, because the people involved aren't so inelegant as to have to make things up; and it's not misinfo because it's not wrong.
(🧵)
That is CISA's definition of dis/mis/malinformation, by the way:
and that is a real headline, someone for real said "Biden oligarchy" like they were trying to coin some inane new buzzword, which is arguably, also, malinformation🤦♀️ cisa.gov/sites/default/… axios.com/2024/06/29/bid…
To keep it perfectly honest, here's two other sources, @EmmaLBriant (from ) and @Info_Rosalie:
Fun fact: EO 12333 prohibits assassination and UCMJ would class assassination of a political rival as murder
So the argument from a former SecDef and two retired generals seems to be, no, you couldn't order SEAL Team 6 to assassinate a political rival supremecourt.gov/DocketPDF/23/2…
Generals Wilkie, Kellogg & Boykin essentially argue that existing legal safeguards prevent the "SEAL Team Six Assassination" hypothetical
I AM NOT A LAWYER but it seems like the problem is, Trump vs. U.S. establishes multiple bars to actually prosecuting it if it ever happened
So, if ordering the assassination of a political rival is official AND an exercise of core Presidential authority (which it seems to be on-face, it's POTUS' role as CINC) then it has absolute immunity
If it's not core, then it has presumptive immunity, which is still a high bar
it looks more and more to me like the Presidential race is up in the air enough that it should be a focus of activism and not, like, sign-waving activism, I mean microtargeting & content-schedule "activism"
I would've started with Vindman & Spartz this cycle but POTUS is a mess
I strongly suspect the key demographic here is younger (like, 18-35) "double haters" in purple states
These should be identifiable by some pretty obvious signals, like Democratic party affiliation but conservative & low-quality news source 'likes'
