Huge news: Commander Butcher, the head of the Eastern European skinhead gang Maniacs Murder Cult, has been indicted by federal prosecutors out of Brooklyn justice.gov/usao-edny/pr/g…
Michail Chkhikvishvili was arrested in Chișinău, Moldova, on July 6th. He will be extradited to the US for planning and soliciting a mass casualty attack in New York City from an undercover law enforcement employee whom Chkhikvishvili believed was a prospective MKY recruit.
This case is a knock-on from the FBI's investigation into 764. I broke news of the federal interest in MKY in this March feature
This case, FYI, is done by the same prosecutors' office that charged out Angel Almeida from 764 and generated the original case. Indictment below justice.gov/usao-edny/medi…

FBI internal records:
-"sizeable percentage" of bureau employees were "sympathetic" to J6 rioters
-Agents & analysts equated J6 to 2020 BLM protests -Black agents wouldn't volunteer for SWAT for fear of other agents not backing them in lethal situations vault.fbi.gov/@@dvpdffiles/f… ImageImage
For context: Paul Abbate (recipient of this email) is now the deputy director of the FBI and has been since February 2021. The Bureau's leadership fully understands how deep this radicalization runs in their rank & file fbi.gov/about/leadersh…
Source, for all those asking - the bureau often bulk releases records onto its FOIA archive when the same set of documents or events is subject to many requests (as opposed to normal process of delaying/denying/forcing requesters to sue) vault.fbi.gov/united-states-…

A decade ago, OPD raided Occupy Oakland before dawn, leading to violent clashes w/OO as demonstrators attempted to retake the plaza. USMC vet Scott Olsen was wounded by a "less-lethal" round. The raid had massive consequences. My look back @Oaklandside oaklandside.org/2021/10/25/10-…
The raid led to 105 arrests, as documented in this retrospective thread by @leftinthebay. Most were made in the AM & an afternoon march that clashed w/OPD riot cops on Washington Street. Less lethals & tear gas were fired indiscriminately that night
Scott Olsen was critically wounded with a "less lethal" beanbag round fired by an Oakland cop, who remains unidentified. Rob Roche, a "Tango Team" cop, tossed a flashbang onto a prone Olsen & then lied about it. I ID'd Roche in Feb 2012 w/Jacob Crawford eastbayexpress.com/ebx/cop-identi…

Remarkable filing in the case of high-level Atomwaffen member Kaleb Cole outs Joshua Caleb Sutter, the publisher of Martinet Press (Iron Gates, Liber 333, Bluebird), AWD member & a key figure in the O9A Tempel ov Blood, as an FBI informant. Since '03 documentcloud.org/documents/2104…
This is a motion to suppress evidence from a search warrant served at the Texas house where Cole (known as "Khimaere" in AWD) moved to with John Cameron Denton & other AWD after he came under too much law enforcement pressure in the PNW. For background: thedailybeast.com/neo-nazi-group…
Cole is charged with leading a conspiracy to intimidate reporters across the US, along with other AWD members. Every one of them has since plead guilty aside from him. The allegation is that Sutter's role in building intel was never disclosed.

This whiffs entirely on domestic dissatisfaction with Macron's Presidency, manifested in intense crackdowns on protesters & the press (see recent attempts to outlaw publishing photos of police)

Macron ironically is using Erdogan's distraction tactic to good effect here
Yes Laicite. Yes France discriminates against Muslims. But by externalizing the critique - and by playing into it - the NYT & WaPo harden pre-existing French perceptions of the US. And why, frankly, would they care what Americans think of them after the past 4 years+2 terms of W?
Radical Islam is a massive threat to the French of all stripes, Muslim, Christian, Jewish & atheist. Same goes for ME countries like Turkey, Egypt, Lebanon, etc. Addressing it in a way that doesn't discriminate is critical, but France's situation is pretty alarming

Since May 28, NYPD's Strategic Response Group - an anti-terrorism, anti-protest unit created by Bill Bratton in 2015 during the 1st BLM cycle - has been front & center at the worst instances of violence & mass arrests against protesters. Me for @theappeal theappeal.org/nypd-srg-misco…
The past 5 months in New York City have stood out for the sheer number of people arrested by NYPD, the imposition of a citywide curfew, mass arrests of people gathered for First Amendment activity, kettles and complete impunity for NYPD's actions
As is often the case with police officers accused of excessive force, NYPD's protest cops from SRG have extensive misconduct allegations. Including supervisors, like Lieutenant Ischaler Grant of SRG 4, who arrested legal observers in the BX on June 4

New development in the FBI's Atomwaffen Division investigation: Aiden Bruce-Umbaugh, a WA cell member who recently traveled to Eastern Europe with Kaleb Cole, is charged w/fed firearms violations after being pulled over on 11/4 in North Texas by local cops documentcloud.org/documents/6549…
Bruce-Umbaugh & Cole were in possession of 2 AR-15s, an AK-47 & a 9mm pistol when pulled over by Garza Cty Sheriffs deputies. Both were dressed in "combat/tactical attire," & a large knife was visible in the center console of a 2000 Ford Focus with WA plates
During the stop, while their licenses were being run, Bruce-Umbaugh admitted to a deputy that "we have rifles in the back." When told to exit the vehicle, Cole tried to tell the sheriffs they had no consent to search the car
