This is gonna be a long thread abt the IG Report on the Roger Stone sentencing, which shows that in extraordinary but not illegal move, Barr's DOJ intervened to override the sentencing recommendations from the prosecutors.

DOJ IG only got jurisdiction bc Aaron Zelinsky alleged political pressure in Congressional testimony, and others accused him of lying about that.

Based on that available testimony, it's not that Barr was following Stone's sentencing. It's that Tim Shea reached out to Seth DuCharme and asked for a "steer."
The witness tampering sentencing had to rely on what got introduced at trial, which includes Stone's threat against Credico's dog Bianca and Stone's use of a crosshairs graphic targeting ABJ.
