As per Indian laws, Sonia Gandhi, even by virtue of marriage to an Indian citizen, couldn't have applied for Indian Citizenship before being a resident in India for atleast 7yrs Naturalistaion would take 12yrs

This implies, that Rahul Gandhi was an Italian Citizen on his birth.

Rahul was born in Delhi as per official records

As per Indian Citizenship Laws "Any person born in India on or after 26 Jan 1950, but prior to commencement of the 1986 Act on 1 July 1987, is a citizen of India by birth."

This makes clear that Rahul Gandhi is an Indian citizen

Rahul was MP from 2004 & He was doing total fraud & Agencies have found that Rahul also filed Income Tax returns in London.

The certificate is registered as on 21st August 2003. These are the details of the company no. 4874597.

Rahul Gandhi Also gives his England address as the director of BACKOPS Limited

Rahul Gandhi was the 1st Director of BACKOPS Limited & He was Also Secretary of Same company

Multiple Role in company like Multiple citizenship 😅

The company was dissolved on February 17, 2009 and also mentions Rahul Gandhi’s nationality as ‘British’

Adter a while, This issues came infront of Parliament's Ethics Panel

The Parliament’s Ethics panel headed by L K Advani is mum on this issue from November 2015. The panel was supposed to refer the matter to the Home Ministry

Aftwr this Ministry of Home Affairs has issued a notice to Congress President Rahul Gandhi over the citizenship controversy that erupted & seeks response within 15 days

Petition was filed in the Supreme Court days after Home Ministry wrote to Rahul, asing him to clarify

Hearing plea, Chief Justice of India Ranjan Gogoi said, “Some company in some form has mentioned Rahul as a British citizen, so does he become a British citizen? Dismissed.”

Article 9 of the Constitution of India bars every Indian citizen from acquiring voluntary acquiring citizenship of foreign state.

Article 18 of the Constitution of India also bars Indian citizen from accepting foreign titles.

Up to now, I have never understood why the Modi Govt is allowing Rahul Gandhi to roam freely & to bark freely, even though he has many corruption charges and links to terrorist organizations !!

Why Govt is not conducting a proper investigation on his multiple citizenship issue ?
