Following a hugely successful public consultation, the Pride Bridge is now in the detailed design phase, where we refine the original sketches in accordance with the feedback we have received. 
While the stripe with circular rainbow design was popular, accessibility concerns were raised about coloured surface. It needs to be accessible to all so we are seeking a compromise that retains as much of the original design as possible while ensuring it is suitable for all.
We are currently brainstorming ideas, including incorporating crossing points across the central rainbow strip, without compromising the flow of the design. We need your ideas! ♥️🧡💛💚💙💜🩷🤍💙🤎🖤🏳️🌈🏳️⚧️
