An overview of the daily events in Russia's invasion of Ukraine. Today, reports came in: Ukraine has received the first batch of F-16 fighter jets. Pilots have reportedly already flew their first combat sorties.
As usual we start with Russian losses over the past 24 hours. We include footage of visually confirmed damaged or destroyed personnel and/or equipment.
A Russian Mi-8 helicopter crashed in occupied Donetsk. Although the specific reason is unknown, it very much points towards Russian air defense shooting down their own heli.
To the front line situation. For the latest state of affairs at the front, I advise you to consult my interactive map.

Although the fighting in Klishchiivka goes back and forth, it seems that the Russians are now pretty firmly established in the northern part. The southern part is under Ukrainian control, neither side seems able to claim complete control.
Toward Toretsk, Russians have moved deeper into Zalizhne, new footages shows. The salient east (Pivdenne/Terricon area) was previously held by Ukrainian forces, but is now contested. It is believed to be under Russian control, or at least under fire control. Needs confirmation.
Good news from the Luhansk region. Ukrainian forces conduction a limited operation near Raihorodka, pushing back Russians towards Serhiivka. The line of contact has now moved further back towards the Zherebets River. A small bridgehead in this particular area remains.
Thanks for reading. That was it for today, tomorrow another one!
