When Riziki told Mary about her intentions to end Herman, Mary was shook. However, Riziki's silver tongue managed to convince her how she wasn't enjoying the fruits of their marriage which roped Mary into the plan..

Coz tbh what are friends for...

After a few more shots, Mary suggested that she knew someone who could do the job. This person was non other than 22 yo Timothy Omondi aka Rashid, a well-known Bamburi goon who when contacted said

"Kazi rahisi mwanangu.."..

3 days later, the 3 met at their fav joint at Pirates beach to fine tune their plan while downing some cold beers.

The plan was easy- Riziki would invite Mary to her home on the fateful day & give her a Key that she'd in turn use to let in goons into the home thru back door...

This plan was very satisfying to Rashid who was wondering how they'd access their house but once he got wind of the plan at hand , he quickly asked Riziki for a Ksh 600K deposit as acceptance of the job...

Moreover, he also requested for a familiarization tour of their compound first to avoid any mishaps during the mission Riziki accepted & paid for a motorcycle that took her & Rashid to their house.

Once at home, Rashid took pics and after some few hours left the home back to the joint where they'd left Mary waiting.

While seating back in the table, he smiled b/c he was now Ksh 600k richer- having signed Herman's death contract.

So when Herman Rouwenhourst woke up to go about his daily routine on June 4 2021, these 3 woke up to give life to their sinister plan.

At 5PM, Mary left her house & headed to Riziki's home who was eagerly waiting to hand her the Key..

Once at home they engaged in usual girl talk up until around 10PM when Mary retreated to the guest house since Herman was on his way home...

Here she lay in wait for Riziki's signal so that she'd call in Rashid

When Herman arrived at home, he ate supper, played with the kids then retreated to his bed where Riziki joined him having texted Mary

" ITS GOO TIME " !!

Signalled, Mary beeped Rashid who came knocking at the main gate....

Where he Mary already convincing he unsuspecting gateman, Mr Evans that she was her guest which the guard accepted innocently..

Once in, the 2 went to the guest house & waited till Evans downed his guard

And when he did, Mary tiptoed behind the house to the back gate & opened it for Rashid's accomplices..

Quickly these goons sprung into action by first landing a heavy blow on Evans who was asleep which made him completely unconscious....

They then entered the house via the kitchen door which had been left unlocked for obvious reasons & headed straight to the master bedroom whereby they tied Herman up & beat him to death..

Right there on his bed, Herman's life was taken

Plus the Ksh 3M he had kept in a safe in his bedroom was also taken after Rashid and his goons broke into it.

With Herman dead, the goons quickly left the compound in Herman's white Toyota Probox to their next destination...

Which was near Shimo La Tewa Prison where they left Riziki with her hands tied to the steering wheel with simple instructions..

To Act like a Victim of Kidnap

Which she did by giving an Oscar performance of shouting Nisaidie Nisaidie incessantly ." till 2 cops who were on foot patrol came to her rescue after they heard the cries.

She claimed that she had left there by robbers who had invaded her home..e

Whereby the cops quickly went to to confirm the well being of Herman whom they sadly found dead on his bed..

When questioned, Riziki's story didn't add up raising doubts esp since she was also unhurt...

The lack of forced entry also meant someone had colluded with the robbers which made the sleuths to start investigations that led to the arrest of all culprits days later after phone data communication between the trio.. ...

During the arrest of Rashid, the sleuths found out that he had built a self a house back at home in Kiembeni & furnished it with assorted goods worth Ksh 500K within one month.

All withe the Ksh 3M they took...
