If I had $5k to invest…

I grew my cleaning business to $40,000/month in 9 months.

If I had to start from 0 & do it again in 2026…

Here’s exactly what I’d do: Image
First, I'd pick my market carefully.

Look for cities with:

• $60k+ household income
• 250k-750k population
• Limited competition

Most people skip this step.

But proper market research is everything.
Next, I'd set up the foundations:

• Basic LLC
• Simple website
• Booking software
• Payment processor

Don't overcomplicate this part.

You just need the essentials to start taking bookings.

Incentive programs are a great way to turn potential leads into paying customers.
