"Dragon, SpaceX; for possible conjunction"
Crew-2 had a possibility to impact an object in space during their coast to the ISS.

SpaceX President Gwynne Shotwell was summoned into SpaceX Mission Control when the object was tracked.

The story: 🧵 Image

At approximately ~17:20:00 GMT, SpaceX Mission Control was notified of a trackable object that was on the path of Crew Dragon Endeavour's Coast. Endeavour was operating normally, and following its autonomous coasting instructions. Image
At 17:24:25 GMT, SpaceX CORE Sarah Gillis was informing the crew about the possible conjunction. As per preplanned conjunction instructions, the CORE instructed the crew to immediately stop sleeping preparation, and don suits, strap into seats, and put visors down. Image

Fram2 Mission Overview
@SpaceX's Dragon Resilience is expected to launch on March 21st, with a 3-hour variable launch window.

Below, is a comprehensive thread with information I have gathered regarding the upcoming mission, carrying the first people to orbit Earth's poles ever.Image
The Crew
Chun Wang, Mission Commander, is an entrepreneur and adventurer from Malta. From an early age, Chun dreamed of both exploring the polar regions of the Earth and traveling to space and in his pursuit of this goal, began exploring and learning more about both frontiers. He selected a crew of international adventurers that he met through these pursuits and is eager to complete this historic mission
Seat 1

Jannicke Mikkelsen, Vehicle Commander, is a Norwegian film director and cinematographer specializing in fringe technology that includes creating next-generation technology for movies shot in remote and hazardous environments such as the Arctic, ocean, aviation and space. In 2019, Jannicke served as Payload Specialist on the record-breaking polar circumnavigation flight One More Orbit mission in celebration of the 50th anniversary of Apollo 11. She is an experienced storyteller and looks forward to utilizing technology to share the polar region with the world.
Seat 2

Rabea Rogge, Mission Pilot, is a robotics researcher from Germany, currently pursuing her PhD in Norway. She has always been fascinated by extreme environments and studies them to understand the current limits of our world–and learn how to push beyond them. Her work spans unique topics that include leading satellite missions to ocean robotics in the Arctic.
Seat 3

Eric Philips, Mission Specialist and Medical Officer, is an Australian professional polar adventurer and guide who has completed numerous ski expeditions to the North and South Poles. He is co-founder of the International Polar Guides Association and co-creator of the Polar Expeditions Classification Scheme, which has earned him international recognition and respect.

Vehicle
Crew Dragon Resilience is the second Dragon to carry Crew. Flying on 3 previous missions, it is one of the most unique Dragons to fly. Having served many special missions, Resilience is no stranger to free-flying undocked.

This vehicle has been fitted with the Cupola. This module on top of Dragon is a part of the 3 options Dragon can accommodate being the docking adapter, the cupola, and the spacewalking supports.

Crew-10 | Endurance
Because of how the waste management system and the ECLSS (Environmental control and life support systems) on Dragon work, there is a possibility of malfunction between the units.

Crew-10 is experiencing an issue with it.
Information is down below in replies🧵 Image

During the ongoing coast phase en route to the ISS, Dragon's active monitoring, the crew, and the ground noticed a liquid burst disk rupture in the waste system (toilet).
Like pretty much everything has a backup. The crew is going to use backup bags for their waste.
The liquid burst disk in the waste management system is not a mission-critical component.
It actually operated as expected inside Dragon to relieve pressure buildup if necessary, which is believed to be exactly what happened here.
