A driver of a Stryker M1126 armored vehicle, nicknamed "Kucher," from the 82nd Air Assault Brigade shared his experiences about the initial days of breaking through the Kursk border. He mentioned that despite the challenges, they managed to capture a significant amount of Russian territory in a short time, surprising the Russians with their boldness and speed.

Russian forces got rewarded for 'holding the line' in Malay Lohknya, Kursk region.
🙃
According to Russian sources there is a battle ongoing on the Russian border near Nekhoteevka, Belgorod region.
"The enemy landed on an armored vehicle, dropping off up to a company of personnel. They were met there by artillery and border guards."
The area is north west of the already occupied axis Hlyboke-Strilecha.
Additional confirmation from Russian sources that battles are ongoing at the Nekhoteevka checkpoint at the Belgorod border.
"The AFU with 8 armored vehicles approached the border with Belgorod region - the battle with Russian border guards is going on near Nekhoteyevka. Preliminary, the enemy has 8 armored vehicles and up to 60 military. When approaching the border they were repulsed by artillery and aviation, but those sheltering in the forest belt continue to fire. They are hitting checkpoints. Started moving around 8 am."
According to other Russian source's there is also active movement from AFU units near/towards the Shebekino border checkpoint at the Belgorod border. Currently this is Russian controlled, with an extended zone south due to an offensive months ago.
Downplaying begun? Russians say there is nothing serious happening, according to reports from Russian military.
"Fighters on the ground do not confirm the information. There have been skirmishes with DRGs and artillery is working, no large-scale breakthrough attempts have been recorded."
Another Russian channel elaborates on the information of an alleged Ukrainian attack on the Belgorod border region.
"They didn't advance into Nekhoteevka, they entered the forest near Zhuralevka (just south of Nekhoteevka) and were hit by fire. In Krasnaya Yaruga, Ukrainian units were eliminated in the forest belts."
Let's see. Several Russian sources are contradicting eachother.
"There are clashes in the Belgorod region, the guys control everything."
"The enemy attempted to break through the state border near the Zhuravlevka checkpoint, Belgorod district, Belgorod region. There is a battle going on. Border guards together with the Defense Ministry of the Russian Federation repel the enemy's incursions. Our artillery, mortar crews and FPV operators of kamikaze drones are working."
Russian channel Romanov claims that the information about an alleged Ukrainian incursion near Nekhoteevka does not correspond to reality.
"The Ukrainian Armed Forces made an attempt to storm the village. They got ***** and rolled back into the forest area to the west of the village. There is no information from the ground about an attempt by the Ukrainian Armed Forces to storm Nekhoteevka and the Shebekino IACP, which is being dispersed by major government channels."
One Z-Comrade is already shifting his tone.
“There is movement on Zhuravlevka, but there seems to be no strong advancement anywhere. But the activity there is high. From comrades from the field."
Ukrainian Armed Forces are attempting to advance into the Belgorod region, and fighting is ongoing. This information was reported by the governor of Belgorod.

Ukraine now controls 1,294 square kilometers in Russia's Kursk region, where Russia has deployed 30,000 troops, according to General Syrskyi. Russian forces are being redirected from other areas but are increasing efforts in Pokrovske. Currently, 100 settlements in the Kursk region are under Ukrainian control.
A group of Russians from the 1009th regiment, that were almost completely encircled in the IK-12 female penal colony in Malaya Loknya, were reportedly able to get out of encirclement and retreated further north. The AFU now high likely controls all of Malaya Loknya.
Akhmat commander Apti Alaudinov listed the Ukrainian brigades that he claims were stopped in the Kursk region. According to him, the 61st, 80th, and 82nd brigades have already been 'heavily defeated''. Now, the 92nd and 95th brigades have been deployed, and they are also facing significant losses, he claims.
The Russian army has constructed a fourth pontoon bridge across the Seym River in the Kursk region, as seen in a satellite image from August 26. This new bridge is located in the village of Zvannoye, near a previously damaged permanent bridge. Similar pontoon bridges have been built in nearby villages, with some partially submerged or damaged by Ukrainian attacks.
Prohibited from entering. Except for the AFU, of course.
Exclusive. Close-up view of the pontoon near the village of Zvannoe, Kursk region that Russians constructed over the Seym River.
According to our information, this pontoon is no longer operational 😉
Ukrainian forces captured more Russian servicemen in the Kursk region.
The Russians have shown footage of a destroyed bridge over the Seym River near the village of Glushkovo.
Ukrainian forces destroyed another Russian R-330Zh "Zhitel" automated jamming station in the Kursk region. The operation was carried out by soldiers from the 40th and 47th Artillery Brigades of the Ukrainian Armed Forces.
Ukrainian forces have entered the Belgorod region and are now establishing positions there, according to Russian channels. The image shows the border are near Nekhoteevka-Zhuravlevka.
Russian channel report:
"Rylsk - Glushkovo highway under control of enemy FPV. The highway Rylsk - Lgov, closer to Rylsk is already starting to be controlled by enemy FPV."
