Russian state agency TASS reports that Russian National Guard soldiers neutralized a Ukrainian cluster munition near the Kursk Nuclear Power Plant.

Russian Z-blogger Alexander Kots reports from the Kursk region. He claims that the front line has gradually been stabilized, and artillery/mortars are working on both sides. The sky is full of drones, he says.

Russian pontoon engineers in the Kursk region faced misfortune when attempting to set up a crossing. Their mission was interrupted when first "Senior Brother" took action, followed by the destruction of their engineering vehicles by drones operated by the Requiem Special Operations Forces.

And a message for Russians near the Seym River: Ukrainian troops really can distinguish between fake and real pontoons. Come up with something better than using nets.
