SitRep - 28/08/24 - Another Russian oil depot up in flames

An overview of the event in Russia's invasion of Ukraine. Another Russian oil depot was struck, meanwhile fighting is continuing in the east with Russia having momentum.

As usual we start with Russian losses over the past 24 hours. We also include footage of destroyed or damaged Russian equipment and/or personnel.
According to the 28th brigade, a Russian Su-25 was shot down in the Kramatorsk direction.
Overnight, Ukraine struck yet another Russian oil depot, this time in the Kamenskyi district in the Rostov region.
The atlas oil depot was burning heavily.
Atesh partisans destroyed railroad equipment between Rostov-on-Don and Mariupol.
A Russian assault group was pinned down by artillery.
This is how the oil depot in Proletarsk which was hit quite a few days ago looks like right now. The fires are slowly coming to an end but lots of fuel tanks have been either destroyed or damaged.
A D-20 howitzer and Russian personnel were destroyed.
The Ryazan GRES (power plant) was suddenly smoking.
A BM-21 Grad MLRS destroyed.
In the Pokrovsk direction, several pieces of Russian heavy equipment, including a BREM, were destroyed.
A T-90M destroyed near Mar'inka.
Lets continue with the general events. Poland will not be able to transfer remaining Mig-29 aircraft to Ukraine until it has replenished its air force with F-35's.
Drunk people in Latvia are donating to Ukraine.
Russian propaganda channels are once again hallucinating.
Also in Russia, they are worried about JASSM missiles capable of reaching Moscow.
Lithuania sent new aid to Ukraine.
Polish PM Tusk said that it is very difficult to shoot down Russian missiles and drones because they cannot be identified as Russian immediately.
At a NATO-Ukraine council, nothing more than 'Ukraine needs more support' was agreed upon.

These councils starting to become useless. Ukraine can go without condemnations.

A driver of a Stryker M1126 armored vehicle, nicknamed "Kucher," from the 82nd Air Assault Brigade shared his experiences about the initial days of breaking through the Kursk border.
