Ukrainian Armed Forces struck a railway in Lgov, Kursk region, according to local media. The attack targeted the railway near the "Lgov-Kyiv" station, damaging two residential buildings and affecting a warehouse belonging to a local business.

After Kyiv's actions in the Kursk region, discussions about a settlement are no longer relevant, according to Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov.

There are various numbers circulating about the remaining contingent of Russian forces. Estimates go between 1000 and 3000 Russian forces that are now blocked south of the Seym River.
The AFU is present in Nechaev and Nizhnyaya Parovaya in the Kursk region and high likely controls it. Geolocated footage shared by Russian sources show Ukrainian positions north of both towns being attacked. Recently, Russians already confirmed the AFU was operating close to both towns.
The Russian tactic of using "small groups" in the Pokrovske direction, near Toretsk, and in Chasiv Yar has been effective, but it failed on their own territory. The "Black Swan" unit of the 225th Separate Assault Battalion demonstrated effective countermeasures in the Kursk region.
According to Donbass Realii correspondent Yegor Loginov, the situation in Sudzha has become much more dangerous compared to a week ago. Russian forces are regularly shelling the city and surrounding areas with guided bombs (KABs) and artillery.
The "Black Swan" unit of the 225th Separate Assault Battalion destroyed a house in the Kursk region that was being used by the enemy for storing ammunition and housing personnel.
Russian sources report that fighting in and around Korenevo, Kursk region, has flared up again. They report about big amounts of Ukrainian armoured vehicles and personnel involved.
