The property managers are:
1. Daniel Gazal, NY
Former co-owner of Oldham Football Club in England & current owner of Jewish charity Ahavat Yisrael.

Here are Daniel (Danny) Gazal and his partner Simon Blitz in a story about Oldham Football Club and missing funds.

Blitz is also partnered with Gazal in the Jewish Charity run out of Jamaica, NY

And here is the Companies House info on CNCG - Gazal and Blitz are both part of this company, which was sued by Virgin Mobile for use of their name against copyright.
This says it was dissolved (in UK) in 2010.

The other owner of the properties in Aurora Colorado is Shmaryahu Baumgarten. Brooklyn. Hasidic Jew. Looks to be part of Chabad Lubavitch. Cannot confirm with certainty that this is the same Shmaryahu. help appreciated.

A Shmaryahu Baumgarten is also part of a solar energy company out of Florida, Axxcess Solar. Listed as a Board Member.

Gazal and Baumgarten are involved in some big projects in Brooklyn, NY. For instance:

Is it coincidence that multiple of their buildings in Aurora are "being attacked by gangs?" Why would these gangs seemingly target this one management company's buildings? The complexes are miles apart.

Is it more likely that these buildings were on the verge of being condemned and the owners didn't want to pay for the mess, so they concocted a story that works for anti-immigrant politicians?? This serves both their interests and undermines local authority.

There is more to the story, but if you only listen to political hacks on either side they're going to sell you a bill of goods to support their pet causes.
