An overview of the daily events in Russia's invasion of Ukraine. Day 929 marks nothing special, but it is yet another day of the illegal Russian occupation of Ukraine.

As usual we start with Russian losses over the past 24 hours. We include all damaged and destroyed Russian equipment.
A combined missile and drone strike was repelled overnight.
Six pieces of Russian artillery were destroyed.
More satellite images confirmed that the ammunition depot in the Voronezh region was likely completely destroyed.
Lets continue with the general events. After a significant delay, Portugal started sending the pledged Ka-32 helicopters to Ukraine.
Russian drones entered Romanian airspace, again..
Lithuania has blocked a bridge to Russia's Kalinigrad.
A Iranian member of Parliament claimed that Iran has indeed sent missiles to Russia.
By now, it becomes more and more known that Iran has indeed sent ballistics to Russia.
Ukraine has developed its own precision guided bomb based on the French supplied AASM Hammer bomb.
Is it the elections, Olaf?
Zelenskyi's evening speech with some interesting remarks.
Zelenskyi asked Meloni to mediate and make sure the US sends Patriot air defense systems.
A video showed Ukrainians being trained on the Patriot system in Germany. A new group has already started training.

Russian forces managed to advance towards Toretsk along the main road (Dzerzhynksy Street). The area around the Toretsk Correctional Colony No. 2 has been occupied by Russian forces. Ukrainian sources report an increased amount of Russian infantry presence. Image

In the Kursk region, the AFU has taken Naydenov and is attacking toward Kamyshevka. Geolocated images shared by Russian sources confirm that Ukrainian troops, presumably -given the Russians' striking pattern- coming from the south, have moved into the village and are advancing toward Kamyshevka. Earlier fighting east of Kamyshevka was reported.Image

Military expert Oleksiy Hetman explained that the advance of Ukrainian forces in the Kursk region has slowed because Russian troops are regrouping and reinforcing their positions to prevent further progress. He compared the situation to a "window of opportunity" that might only remain open for 2-3 weeks.
