Then there is the TARGET PROJECT: get this, called:

Specifically targeting SWING STATES....and RED STATES.

And provides a "Toolkit"

And a specific way to understand the political space in USA:

And that neither party is particularly pro-Russia/Putin...but that due to inflation, people can be convinced that aid for Ukraine should be spent in the US instead:

So the plan/campaign is to cause the USA to focus on itself ....

By amplifying these specific topics:

Focusing message to GOP voters...

And it will be done by using existing AND CREATING a Social Media Influencer Network!!!!!

Twitter (X) is the preferred channel...

So trolls are to create specific accounts, with a specific number of posts...

With creating a network of influence that can AMPLIFY any message they want to control by means of various social influencers.

What amazes me as a NAFO, is that we have SEEN THIS PLAN IN ACTION...and have been calling it out.
