For 15 years, sleep was my enemy.

Tossing, turning, and staring at the ceiling gave me anxiety

My productivity slipped, mood soured, & health deteriorated.

But my life changed after following the Navy Seal's 4-7-8 sleeping Framework

If you want quality sleep, read this: Image
This technique, discovered by @DrWeil , is rooted in the ancient yoga practice of pranayama.

Even Navy Seals use it to stay calm under pressure.

It's free, simple, and helps you drift off anywhere.

Here's how to start: Image
The sleeping technique involves 3 steps:

1. Muscle relaxation
2. Breathing
3. Visualization techniques.
Step-1: Muscles Relaxation.

Use the power of Acupressure!

How?

Stimulate brain neurotransmitters for sleep hormones by pressing inside the wrist, near the pinky.

Feel tranquility wash over you.

Here's a short tutorial:
Step 2: Power Breathing

Inhale. Feel your muscles tighten.

Exhale. Release tension and anxiety with each breath.

Instant relaxation and tranquility await, but, wait...

There's a correct way to breathe.

Here it is:
Follow 4-7-8

4 = Inhale through your nose to a mental count of four

7 = Hold your breath for a count of seven

8 = Exhale through your mouth, making a whoosh sound for a count of eight

Repeat the process three more times for a total of four breath cycles
Master your tongue's position.

Rest the tip behind your upper front teeth. Maintain this throughout.

Exhale through your mouth with a whoosh sound over your tongue.

Feels odd initially, but you'll adapt. Image
Why the 4-7-8 breathing works?

- No gear required
- Do it anywhere, sitting or lying down
- Eyes open or closed

Settle into a cozy spot and dive in.

@DrWeil reveals why it's the ultimate time and money saver:
Unexpected results of this breathing sequence?

When you deliberately regulate your breath, you effectively tap into your nervous system.

The slow 4-7-8 cycle activates your parasympathetic response — the "rest and digest" mode.

Step-3: Create Mental Images

Visualize a peaceful scene as you prepare to sleep.

Whether it's swaying in a velvet hammock in a dark room or laying in a canoe on a calm lake, visualization can help induce sleep. Image
Setbacks

If visualization is challenging, try chanting a mantra like 'don't think' for 10-15 seconds.

OR

Say your affirmations like a chant.

It's all about quieting the mind and preparing it for sleep.
Consistency is crucial.

Practice Dr. Weil's 4-7-8 breathing technique twice daily.

Start with 4 cycles, then aim for 8 after a month.

But never exceed 8 cycles per session.
When to do it?

Anytime, anywhere.

Need to calm your nerves before a big presentation? 4-7-8.

Can’t sleep? 4-7-8.

Awake at 2 am? Yep, 4-7-8.

MIND-BENDING ⚡️

The most documented case of reincarnation:

1957: Twin sisters die in a tragic accident.

But, 1 year later, they're reborn with:

• identical marks
• shared memories
• past family recognition

An incredible story that'll make you question consciousness: 🧵 Image
It started with a tragedy in Hexham, England.

On May 5, 1957, Joanna (11) and Jacqueline Pollock (6) were walking to church.

A speeding car hit them.

Both sisters died instantly.

The Pollock family was devastated. Image
But what happened next is where it gets strange.

A year after the accident, their mother gave birth to twins:

Jennifer and Gillian.

From the moment they could talk, the twins displayed behaviors that defied explanation. Image

CHILLING 🚨 :

The Matrix isn't fiction.

The "Reality" of universe follows 18 rules.

I've collected PROOF from science, nature, and history.

A VISUAL THREAD on what's real: 🧵 Image
1. Everything is vibration.

Matter feels solid, but at a microscopic level, it’s mostly empty space.

Your thoughts? Vibrations.

Your emotions?
Vibrations.

Your entire reality is shaped by the frequencies you emit.
2. The Observer Effect is real.

In quantum physics, particles change behavior when they are observed.

Which means:

Reality isn’t fixed.
It responds to attention.

Your focus doesn’t just interpret the world—it alters it.

Minutes later?
He reappears 3,000 miles away in Shanghai.

The evidence shocked everyone:

1945: This man made water "defy" gravity.

Immediately:

• Hitler’s SS forced him into secret research
• US military classified his work (still active)
• Soviets sent spies to steal it

But his darkest discovery wasn't about water.

The declassified files will shock you:🧵 Image
Meet Viktor Schauberger

An Austrian forester turned inventor

He claimed nature followed a secret blueprint

A force that could:

• Reverse gravity
• Generate unlimited energy
• Even destroy civilizations if misused

So what did he find? Image
While working in the Alps,
Schauberger saw trout *swim upstream* without effort

He watched them hover in waterfalls
Leap against currents
And *stand still* in raging rapids

His conclusion?

Water was alive—and obeyed laws science had ignored

BONE-CHILLING ⚡

1899: Tesla detected unusual space radio signals.

His final interview revealed:

• Forbidden Frequencies
• Alien blueprints
• Warnings for us all

But, hours after his death, the FBI seized all.

A 2016 declassified document explains their fear: 🧵 Image
Nikola Tesla was not just an inventor.

He believed he was a "receiver" of information

From sources beyond Earth

In 1899, in Colorado Springs, Tesla conducted experiments with high-frequency electricity

And something terrifying happened: Image
Image
During one of his tests, Tesla's radio equipment picked up strange transmissions

Repeating signals
Mathematical sequences

Not random
Not natural

Tesla knew the universe spoke in numbers.

But these weren’t human-made. Image

Born in 1877, he grew up devoutly Christian, humble, and deeply spiritual.

No wealth.
No fame.
No formal education.

Yet, he became one of history’s most mysterious figures. Image
At 13, he fell asleep on his schoolbooks.

When he woke up, something had *changed*.
