psa: kim's lost words aren't kim's
words at all

Todd C. Guzze/Chris Todd/Jamal T
Millwood is using a Black woman's
image, life story, and abuse to profit
from her abuser's conviction

a(n emergency) thread I unrolled in
replies
(this was pre-written but i'm having trouble posting it all so it's gonna be one by one, sorry 😞)
This page is gonna seem suspect, so
to start: l'm a Black girl who's been
following Diddy since Cassie's
lawsuit. My main page is linked in my
pinned. On there I have a thread
going through all of Diddy's
allegations (at the time, I have to
update it).
I made this page because I started
out as a simmer, and I realized
posting about Diddy and other
criminals can be very jarring for my
mutuals/followers.

I'm clarifying this because I want to
make it clear this isn't a conspiracy.
I have no affiliation to Sean Combs, I
definitely do not wish to, I'm a girl
who respects Kim Porter and doesn't
wish to see a white man weaponize
her for insidious purposes,
ESPECIALLY since he has now
inspired a wave of other fake
"memoirs."

On September 6th, 2024, a book was released on Amazon.

Written by "Jamal T. Millwood", it claimed to be the memoir of Kim Porter, the late model and actress who dated Sean "Diddy" Combs from 1994 to 2007. Image
On September 16th, 2024, Diddy was arrested and subsequently charged with sex trafficking, racketeering, and transportation to engage in prostitution.
Three days later, on September 19th,
The Daily Mail would release an
exclusive piece covering the release
of a tell-all book by Kim Porter.
The release of the Daily Mail article
would cause other publications to
report on the book, including XXL,
Bossip, The Sun, and, biggest of all,
Billboard,.

This led to further spread of the book
on social media. As of writing, Kim
Porter is in and out of trending on Twitter. Image
Little was known about the author.
except for the fact that Jamal T.
Millwood was a pseudonym.

His real name was Chris Todd, and he
was "purportedly" given Kim's flash
drive by a friend, and that it was
"supposedly" for Kim Porter to tell her
story posthumously.
Image
Image
He provided no proof during the
interview, and no proof is given in the
book.
Chris Todd doesn't name the
"celebrity source" who gave him the
flash drive containing her (as
described by Todd) "memoir/diary"
but Eboni Elektra, a close friend of
Kim Porter, would respond on
Instagram, saying the book was
fraudulent.
Image
Her denial of the book was met with
instant backlash, with many saying
she was lying to protect Diddy, her
biological cousin.

Eboni Elektra hasn't posted Diddy
since September 2022 and did not
defend him in the wake of his
lawsuits. Image
Now, if Chris Todd has a "celebrity
source" outright saying the book is
fake, and he is on record as having
never proved his claims, then what
are we basing said claims off of?

Or, better yet, who?
Before being billed as author Jamal T.
Millwood, Chris Todd was an
investigator who looked into famous
murders, including Natalie Wood, OJ
Simpson, and Biggie Smalls. Image
This is definitely the same Chris Todd
as there are certain staples with his
books.

For one, his covers have the same
aesthetic and editing style.

He also has the same form of
censorship where any private
information is hidden with X's.

Image
Image
Image
Image
Similar to claiming a friend gave him
the flash drive, he claimed in his book
Forest For The Trees - a now
disproven book about the Delphi
murders - he was sent emails from
anonymous whistleblowers.

Two of the emails are listed as
Saturday despite being a day apart.
Image
Image
In his book Ron's Revenge, he claimed OJ had a mobster
accomplice, and Nicole Brown's murder was an "overreaction," which has been disproven multiple times
and was even questioned by the
channel that platformed him.

Image
Image
Image
(if the formatting is off it's bc i'm copying this from my drafts)
On April 15th, 2024, he'd do an
interview with CovertAction.

Both he and the non-Black writer
would mention OJ Simpson's race
and anti-Blackness to support Chris
version of events, citing a pattern of
the exploitation of Black people for
his work.
Image
Image
He has also spread the "Kurt Cobain
was murdered" theory, despite the
fact that his death has been
re-examined multiple times, he had a
suicide attempt the week before, and
he wrote a suicide note.

Image
Image
Image
In the Daily Mail interview, Chris Todd
would claim that he didn't want to
put his "real name" on the book as
he feared for his life, waiting instead
to come out after Diddy was arrested. Image
The book was released on September
6th, meaning that (based off of his
version of events) he most likely had
her memoir before September.

Here is Chris Todd in March of this
year, speaking on Diddy's raid. He
makes no mentions of Kim Porter.
All of the allegations he speaks on in
the above clip were either rumored
publicly or outright public
information.

It's hard to believe he would become
an insider on Kim in the span of six
months.
But it's hard to believe he's an insider
of anything, seeing as the lies don't
stop with "Chris Todd."

Before going by "Chris Todd," he was
Todd C. Guzze, a Hollywood producer
who worked on acclaimed projects
like one episode of Tori & Dean: Inn
Love and a Playboy calendar.

Image
Image
Image
And before you ask: yes, unless he
has another name, he is lying about
winning an Emmy, Grammy, Clio, and
"Cannes."
(There is no award just called
Cannes.) Image
In the same CovertAction interview.
Todd would claim his career in
entertainment stopped due to him
witnessing bigotry in the industry.

Though, if you actually asked his
peers, they would probably tell a
different story. Image
On January 17th, 2018, it was
announced that The Mark Gordon
Company, who produced movies
2012, War Dogs, and Murder On The
Orient Express, would be adapting
James Patterson's Aaron Hernandez
biography into a movie. Image
Todd, who was also working on a
project detailing Aaron Hernandez
crimes, would take issue with the
reports.

He would email both the production
company and Hachette Book Group.
James Patterson's publisher, a day
later. Image
On January 29th, he would email an
employee of The Mark Gordon
Company telling him Bloods and
Latin Kings were part of his project
and that he "knew how they
work[ed]."

He would then send multiple pictures
of men with guns. Image
He also harassed the employee and
his family on Facebook, though his
Todd C. Guzze accounts have been
closed since his transition to "Chris
Todd."

In his Facebook highlights, you can
still find an odd picture comparing
Emmett Till's features to Barack
Obama.

Image
Image
Image
Image
Like he would later claim with Kim
Porter, he would also cite Aaron
Hernandez' family as giving him the
rights to adapt his story.

Aaron Hernandez' family did not
reach out to him. Image
Todd would admit to threatening the
employee, dismissing it as a
"guerilla marketing technique." Mark Gordon Company would petition for a
restraining order.

On March 1st, they'd wave the order;
Mark Gordon's Aaron Hernandez
biopic was made into an episode of
48 Hours.
Image
Image
In the comments of the Deadline
article, an agency assistant would accuse him of harassing industry
executives to push his projects.

He would not disprove their allegations.
Image
Image
This is a violent example of him not
only taking ownership over other's
life stories, doing whatever he can
to get one, but also saying whatever to legitimize himself.

Which brings us back to the book.
Issues pop up on the first page when
he says that evidence of foul play in
the "mysterious" illness Jamie Foxx
fell under exists.
This is mentioned alongside Kim
Porter and Al. B Sure!

Jamie Foxx and Diddy are friends.
They've been friends for years.

Picture from @TiTiTaughtYou
Image
Image
Image
You can argue that Al. B Sure's illness
is suspicious because he's been
alluding to Kim Porter being murdered for years.

But the worst thing Jamie Foxx has
said about Diddy was that his parties
are too expensive.
The only account of Jamie Foxx being
harmed by Diddy comes from
channels like LATEASHA and The
Urbanoire, which, along with other
channels in the genre, have been
exposed as fraudulent.

Image
Image
Image
He also calls the book a "memoir/
diary."

Those are two different books with
two opposite definitions. And while
you could argue that her journal
started as a diary, but evolved into a
memoir, that would just make it... a
memoir. Picture from @TiTiTaughtYou
The way the book is written does not
read how a personal journal would, especially if the diary was
made to log Diddy's abuse.

Kim Porter would not tell Kim Porter
Kim Porter's life story. Image
The existence of the word "diary"
here - like the book being listed as an
"outline" later - was only added to
explain away what would, in any
other book, be glaring red flags.

This leads to another point: the
grammar. Image
In the few excerpts available online,
there are glaring issues with the
writing that would've been solved
with even one proofread.

A book exposing her abuser would not have the structure of a Wattpad novel.

Image
Image
Image
The prose is also off by a large
margin. Kim's tone is more animated
and free flowing.

The passages in her memoir have a stiffness that no amount of "light
editing" could add.

If she even wrote 10% of the way she spoke, we would have a completely different book.

Image
Image
Image
The grammar and tone of voice, unsurprisingly, fits more with Todd's writing style than Kim's.
Picture from @TiTiTaughtYou
Picture from Michael's Amazon review of Ron's Revenge
The heavier allegations like Diddy
sleeping with multiple young men
are written cold and harsh, almost
tackily.

It's as if he was imagining Kim
gasping with wide eyes as she wrote.
Image
The book details the "first time she
was abused," in which Diddy punched
her for not pegging him.

He would apologize immediately
afterward before she ran out of the room. Image
You can read about his abuse in my
thread below, but no, he was not
apologetic after abusing partners.

To add fabricated emotional depth to the abuse she faced while calling the Black woman you're lying on a "glutton for punishment" is revolting.
There's also the length: the way Kim
spoke, combined with everything she
went through in the seven years her
and Diddy were together, would not
produce 59 pages.

Even in a small font, it would not.
Produce. 59. Pages.
Image
And finally, like his other books, a
large chunk of the book allegedly
contains information we already knew.

Image
Image
Image
Image
In the Daily Mail interview, Todd
claims that he was given exclusive
photos of Kim Porter, as well as
"access" to Diddy's sex tapes - an
odd thing to mention as he's been
officially accused of assaulting
minors.

This is the same thing he claimed with the Delphi murders.
Image
Image
To close, while Todd did not provide Daily Mail with proof of the book's claims, or proof it came from Kim, he did share a photo of Kim Porter I wasn't able to find.

This isn't the only photo of her seemingly after an assault, making it weak proof of legitimacy.

Image
Image
Image
If ANY of the "new" revelations in that book are real, I will publicly apologize and delete this thread.

But there is no doubt in my mind that Jamal T. Millwood, aka Chris Todd, aka Todd C. Guzze, is a scammer using a dead Black woman's trauma to profit.
Now that Kim's Lost Words has
gotten a large amount of attention, he is slowly starting to use her/the book press tours, including an interview from yesterday as of writing.
Image
While explaining who Kim Porter is to
Shaun Attwood, Todd calls her
Diddy's "baby mama."

He also flat out says that when dealing with whistleblowers, he doesn't believe every word they say, implying that even he knows the information in this book is false.
No matter how many adjectives he
uses for her, the fact remains that
Kim Porter stopped being a woman on September 6th. She has become a topic, an idea, an interchangeable part of an edgy true crime roster. A mere face in his portfolio.
That face has been used to re-platform Candace Owens in Black spaces, despite a long, noted history of self-hatred.

Image
Image
Image
It has been used to harass Justin Bieber under the guise of "helping victims come forward," despite the fact that Justin has not made any allegations against Diddy at the time of writing.
It has been used to further sensationalize male queerness, feeding into stereotypes of "down-low" men being excessively gross and violent. Image
And worst of all, it has been used to place a victim of abuse in disgustingly false situations for nothing else than to be salacious enough to dupe you into purchasing it.
The only good that can come from this book is solidifying to true crime fans that Chris Todd is not to be trusted.

But even then, what is the point if
one of our own was violated in the
process?
Please boycott this book. If you own it, return it. If you see someone platforming this book, tell them about Chris Todd/Todd C. Guzze.

Kim Porter may not have been able to tell her story, but that does not mean we should let him tell it for her.
As of September 23rd, 2024, Vibe Magazine has removed their article. Image
As of September 23rd, 2024, Al. B Sure!, Kim Porter's ex-husband and father of her eldest child, has called for an investigation into Todd C. Guzze and the possible team behind the memoir, calling it "fabricated bullshit." Image
He specifically points to a passage where he and Diddy plan to have a threesome with Kim Porter before sleeping together after she runs out of the room. Image
I also realize I've been misspelling Al B. Sure!'s stage name, there's no period after the "Al."

My apologies to Al B. Sure!
Thank you to @/TiTiTaughtYou for book excerpts, @/lissmorales__ on TikTok for the rabbit hole.
