SitRep - 26/09/24 - Zelenskyi met with Biden and Harris and new US aid was announced.

An overview of the daily events in Russia's invasion of Ukraine. $8 billion in US aid for Ukraine was announced, and Zelenskyi met with both Biden and Harris.

As usual we start with Russian losses over the past 24 hours. We include footage that confirms visually destroyed or damaged Russian equipment and/or personnel.
Overnight, Ukraine repelled a fairly large missile and drone attack.
A rare Merlin-VR drone shot down.
A Russian Msta-B destroyed.
A BMP destroyed wioth two FPV drones.
Several pieces of Russian equipment were destroyed by the 3rd Separate Assault Brigade.
Two MT-LB's hit and likely heavily damaged/destroyed by Javelin ATGM.
A Russian tank hit and destroyed in the Luhansk region.
A Giatsint-S destroyed by the 92nd brigade.
A modified MT-LB with Grad launcher on top was destroyed once it returned into the hangar it came from.
Lets continue with the general events. The recently announced US aid package will include JSOW glide bombs.
This morning, a meeting between Zelenskyi and Biden started.
Shortly after, the US announced a huge PDA/USAI aid package worth almost $8 billion for Ukraine.
More info on the USAI part, which includes mainly support for air defense and additional munitions.
Biden als announced that in October, a new Ramstein meeting will be held.
Zelenskyi also met Harris, who reaffirmed her support for Ukraine.
Trump said Zelenskyi invited him for a meeting, but it cannot be determined whether this screenshot is legitimate or not.
Germany announced more aid 1/2
More aid was pledged by Germany 2/2
The UK also announced it has sent a new batch of AS90 self propelled howitzers.
A Russian Shahed flew dangerously close to the Rivne NPP.
