• Started process of bringing public bus services under local control

• Set up a 24/7 NHS mental health helpline

• Created a Child Poverty Taskforce

• Free breakfast clubs for children from April 2025

• Introduced plans to remove all hereditary peers from Lords

• Started setting up GB Energy

• Introduced Renters’ Rights Bill

• Started process of bringing railways into public ownership

• Committed to Hillsborough Law to ensure those responsible for public disasters won't escape justice

• Improving access to social housing for veterans, care leavers, and domestic abuse victims

• Ban on ninja swords

• Consulting on plans to boost minimum energy efficiency standards for rented homes

• Announced new body to reduce the number of women going to prison

• New ‘foundation apprenticeships’ to get more young people working
