SitRep - 08/10/24 - Feodosia is still burning

An overview of the daily events in Russia's invasion of Ukraine. In occupied Feodosia, tanks keep burning and exploding at the oil facility that was hit by Ukraine. Firemen are unable to contain the fire.

As usual we start with Russian losses over the past 24 hours. We include visually confirmed footage of destroyed or damaged Russian equipment and/or personnel.
Overnight, 18 Shahed drones were taken out.
The oil facility in occupied Feodosia is still burning. Another tank exploded, bringing the total up to at least 6 tanks affected by the attack, either damaged or completely destroyed.
Satellite images show extensive damage to a certain part of the oil facility which is still burning as we write this summary.
Heavy equipment destroyed by the 46th Brigade, which repelled yet another mechanized attack by Russian forces.
Near Orlivka, three pieces of heavy equipment were destroyed.
More from Achilles batallion, this time several pieces such as a BMP-3 and a BREM were destroyed.
A Kasta 2E2 radar destroyed.
Those Russians won't attack anymore.
Lets continue with the general events. Vice President and Presidential candidate Kamala Harris ruled out talks with Putin if Ukraine is not part of it. She believes Ukraine should be part of the talks.
Syrskyi spoke to Charles Brown, US joint chiefs of staff Chairman.
Currently, the pledged Mirage 2000's by France are optimized at Cavaux Air Base and sent to Ukraine in the first quarter of 2025.

A list of what Ukraine would need to fight, and win, is reportedly circulating in the US defense ministry. So far, no action is taken.

A front which was pretty calm for a while has flared up. Russian forces put up their flags in the western part of Verkhn'okam'yans'ke. They are now very close to Siversk, a Ukrainian stronghold in the area. Image
