Fairfax County Public Schools secretly sold China a 'Handbook to Clone' TJ, the top math school in the US. In exchange for $3.6M, it gave physical blueprints, curriculum, personal visits, and even student work. China used it to create 20 'Thomas Schools'

China lists TJ's former principal and an ex-Stanford dean as members of the Thomas Schools’ “steering committee,” serving alongside China’s former Secretary General of the State Education Consultative Committee and former deputy director in the Ministry of Education.
Documents show FCPS providing CCP-linked officials with private information about the school. FCPS claimed that the money was a donation and the nonprofit that received the money was separate from the school, but both claims are undermined by documents it tried to conceal.
FCPS tried to conceal the selling of one of America's top educational assets to America's top adversary by charging @DefendingEd $35,000 to see the documents under public records laws.

It only emerged because they called their bluff and actually paid!
At the same time that it was exporting TJ's traditional rigorous model to our economic adversary, officials were diluting the rigor of the Virginia STEM program in the name of racial 'equity,' resulting in the need for remedial math courses at what was once an elite program.

He went through and Americanized the British spellings, suggesting it was deliberate evasion rather than a sloppy mistake

.@dailywire spoke to multiple residents in Bethel Park, PA who say police have removed items from a house where a 20-year old suspected of shooting Trump lives. Police moved items into the street, and canvassed neighbors, telling one to leave his house, they said.
@dailywire The 20-year old male lives with his mother, who is handicapped and often clings to her husband to walk, they said. The family keeps to themselves. The mother was sitting in the street among evidence tonight, they said. Records suggest he registered to vote as a Republican.
Despite the voter registration, he donated $15 to a Democrat group dedicated to "defending democracy" on Biden's inauguration day. Both of his parents are counselors.

To fix a reputation for secrecy+partisanship, Loudoun County Schools hired Natalie Allen at $250k. Allen plotted to censor media outlets while an X account in her husband’s name launched vile sexual attacks against journalists, parents & conservatives.

The account linked to the LCPS spox claimed that a conservative parent put a journalist's "little dick down his throat behind the Arby's" and mocked parents of the school district as "middle-aged soccer mom[s]” who were angry because their pool boys would not have sex with them.
The focus of the X account's rage mirrors the fixations of Allen as revealed by a separate report from her office. It is unknown whether Allen tweets from her husband's account; despite the massive PR budget, Allen's office rarely answers questions, and did not do so here.

Hours after Fairfax County teachers voted to join Randi Weingarten's union, the school board announced that elementary school will now be part-time, with many Mondays half days-an impossibility for working parents, but making less work for teachers.
The shocking move, signaling that schools exist to serve staff rather than to educate students, comes after recent Democrat legislation allowed unionization in Virginia. They are doubling down after lying that they were unusually at risk of COVID to refuse to work for a year
Unions were developed as a way for workers to bargain against management. But this is not that: the school board was elected through the campaigning of union members, and openly said it was fully on their side. There’s no one on the other side of the table.
