🚨 Palm Beach County, FL: Yesterday, Honduran illegal aliens Jesersson Markin Lopez Lopez (L), Selvin Donaldo Lopez Lopez (M), and Erik Nahum Lopez Lopez (R) were all arrested for multiple counts of Lewd and Lacivious Behavior - Molest a Victim under 12 Years Old.
Additionally, Erik was arrested for Sexual Assault.
All three are confirmed illegal aliens.
"Selvin and Erick crossed the Mexican border illegally in 2021, and both turned themselves in to Border Patrol. They were told to call for a court date but never showed."
"In 2023, Jesersson crossed the border and was given a court date for 2028"
🚨 Travis County, TX: Last week, illegal alien Enrique Gomez-Urbina was arrested for Murder in connection with the shooting death of Mary Gonales.
Local reporting appears to have missed that he was released on a personal bond up to two days before his murder arrest.
Here is the timeline, to the best of my knowledge:
Oct 5 - Before 10:53pm - The murder would have had to occur before this time if Gomez-Urbina is to be found guilty.
Oct 5 - 10:53pm - Gomez-Urbina was pulled over by Austin PD for running a stop sign. Court documents state that after admitting to drinking, he attempted to flee and a Glock 27 with extended magazine, ammunition, and an open container was found in his car. Gomez-Urbina was arrested for resisting arrest.
Oct 6 - 7:42am - Police respond to the scene where Mary Gonales' body was found.
Oct 6 - 9:14pm - A magistrate judge approves a personal bond for Gomez-Urbina on the misdemeanor charge of resisting arrest.
Oct 8 - "[T]he victim was positively identified by the Travis County Medical Examiner’s office as Mary Gonzales. On that same day, a 1st Degree Murder warrant was issued for Enrique Gomez-Urbina. The Lone Star Fugitive Task Force was able to locate and arrest Gomez for the warrant" - City of Austin press release
It should be noted that on October 8, when the US Marshals assisted in the arrest of Gomez-Urbina, another illegal alien was arrested. Jesus Llamas-Yanez is wanted by federal authorities in Mexico for a weapons charge and will be extradited.
Although multiple reports say that Llamas-Yanez was "arrested in connection" to the murder, I am unable to find him in the Travis County jail nor locate charging documents for him in Travis County. Further, the Austin press release on the murder makes no mention of him. It appears that he was a collateral arrest.
