To understand judgmnt in NY Court regarding @realDonaldTrump and the #TrumpFoundation, AG James press release is worth a read as it describes in some detail the stipulations that happened prior to this order for Pres Trump to pay $2 million in restitution ag.ny.gov/press-release/…
@realDonaldTrump I have yet to find the actual stipulations entered into between Trump, his kids, and the AG. This thankfully describes them, but the stipulations would be better. I am assuming that those are not disclosed, but if anyone has seen them, would love a link.
@realDonaldTrump An interesting tidbit in here is that Pres Trump was forced to reimburse the Trump Foundation for the $10,000 portrait the foundation bought of the President and allowed the President to hang at his club. That does suggest the earlier 990PFs were wrong
