I'm going to put together a thread covering the Obama-Harris rally near Atlanta, Georgia. Follow along for clips and commentary.
Obama: "The other day Gen. John Kelly, Donald Trump's former chief of staff, said that Trump told him he wanted his generals to be like Hitler's generals. Don't boo, vote. In politics, a good rule of thumb is don't say you want to do anything like Hitler."
Obama: "His chairman of the joint chiefs of staff -- that is the top of the top brass in our military -- said he is dangerous ... these are serious people. This is a decorated soldier and Marine who served in battle. They are not 'woke liberals.'"
Obama: Unlike the first time, he'll be surrounded by people who are just as loony as he is ... we do not need four years of a wannabe king, a wannabe dictator, running around trying to punish his enemies.
Obama: She worked at McDonald's in college to pay her expenses. She didn't pretend to work at McDonald's when it was closed for a photo op.
Obama: Yeah it was good -- because it was my economy!
Obama: Joe Biden sent you a check during the pandemic, just like I gave people relief during the great recession. The thing is, we didn't put our names on it, because it wasn't about feeding our egos.
Obama: No president is going to eliminate poverty in one term or eliminate racism. It takes steps. That incremental improvement adds up.
Obama: If you look at a country like Canada, the per capita death rate was 60% lower than it was here in the US ... some people might've been alive if we had a competent administration instead of talking about injecting bleach into your arm
Obama introduces Kamala Harris and the crowd goes wild
Kamala Harris: "Well Georgia, in 12 days, it's Donald Trump's turn!"
Kamala Harris: Unlike Donald Trump who had $400m served to him on a silver platter and still managed to file for bankruptcy 6 times. He talked about being a good businessman. C'mon.
Kamala Harris: Just this week America heard from John Kelly ... who said that as president Trump praised Hitler. Take a moment to think about what that means ... this is not 2016 and it is not 2020.
"Someone who suggests we should terminate the Constitution should never again stand behind the seal of the president of the United States of America. Never again!"
Harris frames the election as a choice between Trump and his enemies list or her and her to-do list
Harris wraps up a star-studded rally in the Atlanta suburbs

I'll be tweeting clips from @PatrioticMills's "How to Beat the Broligarchs" event this morning in this thread as part of my partnership with @SnapStream. Follow along!
Elizabeth Wilkins: "People are looking for different ideas. The bad version is that an undermining of people's faith in democracy leads to authoritarianism. The good version is that we get together to think about what we need in terms of power the ideas and the people to create a new common sense -- one that brings us back for the modern era to that marriage of democracy and capitalism, where democracy shapes markets for the public good."
@PatrioticMills @SnapStream Patriotic Millionaires founder Erica Payne: "Here's what happened. Doesn't matter who's in charge. Tax rates for the rich always go down."
Maria Bartiromo on a weaker than expected February jobs report: "The jobs picture is weakening. Weaker than expected jobs again in the month of February tells you that the Fed is gonna cut rates!"
BARTIROMO: We've got a meeting coming up. Does anyone on this panel think the Fed is gonna cut rates at the next meeting?
STEPHEN MOORE: Well, I don't think they should. I just don't see a case for lower interest rates right now. We still have inflation at the 3-4% range.

Sen. Roger Wicker: "This nomination is unconventional, just like that New York developer who rode down the escalator in 2015 to announce his candidacy for president. That may be what makes Mr. Hegseth an excellent choice."
