BREAKING: IF Trump loses the Election, Special Counsel Jack smith is planning Indict before Christmas 200 GOP members of congress who assisted Trump in conspiring “to overturn the presidential election and overthrow the government.”
Special Counsel Jack Smith Just Said he has Trump’s cell phone data from Jan 6 during the riot.
This is Bad news for Jim Jordan
records show Jim Jordan spoke with Trump on the phone multiple times on January 6, 2021
Jack Smith has the tapes.
Jim Jordan also forwarded a controversial text message before that day, which laid out a strategy to overturn President Joe Biden's Electoral College victory.
Tim Parlatore, a Trump attorney who resigned from the former president’s legal team in May, told CNN that the special counsel’s office was “still investigating” others involved on January 6th.
Tim Parlatore: "the special counsel’s office was still investigating others involved on Jan 6th"
Jack Smith’s decision to charge only Trump and list a half dozen co-conspirators may be an indication that this is just the initial indictment and that Smith is going to try and put pressure on the other six to move over to become cooperating witnesses.
TED CRUZ could get indicted.
TED CRUZ has ties to John Eastman, a longtime friend and author of key legal memos in Trump’s efforts.
John Eastman was indicted in Georgia alongside Trump and 17 others for trying to overturn the 2020 Election.

Records show TED CRUZ worked directly with Trump to concoct a plan that came closer than widely realized to keeping Trump in power.
As Eastman outlined a scenario in which Vice President Mike Pence could deny certifying Biden’s election, Cruz crafted a complementary plan in the Senate.
TED CRUZ proposed objecting to the results in six swing states and delaying accepting the Electoral College results on Jan. 6 in favor of a 10-day “audit” — thus potentially enabling GOP state legislatures to overturn the result.
Legal Experts tell us, "Ted Cruz should be Indicted because he's dangerous proposal could very easily have put us into a territory where we got to the inauguration and there was not a president.”
Retired Judge Michael Luttig: “Once Ted Cruz promised to object, January 6 was all but foreordained, because Cruz was the most influential figure in the Congress willing to force a vote on Trump’s claim that the election was stolen.....He was also the most knowledgeable of the intricacies of both the Electoral Count Act and the Constitution, and the ways to exploit the two.”
Legal Experts tell us, "Special Counsel Jack Smith is waiting to see if Trump loses to move forward with Indicting Ted Cruz for this.”
Lindsey Graham could also face indictment for trying to help Trump overturn the 2020 election.
A report released In September revealed that a special grand jury investigating efforts to overturn Georgia's 2020 presidential election results recommended indictments against a much larger group than prosecutors ultimately charged, including one current and two former US senators.
The nine-page report showed jurors recommended charges against 39 people, compared to the 18 who were charged along with former president Donald Trump.
The special grand jury recommended charges against Senator Lindsey Graham.
Former U.S. Attorney Barbara McQuade said Lindsey Graham is not off the hook because Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis did not indict him and that he could be looking at a federal indictment.
Barbara McQuade: "The fact that this special grand jury recommended that he be indicted, it does indicate that he has some criminal exposure here...... it could be that his lawyer requests immunity for him to testify. If that is not received, then he may refuse to testify."
Barbara McQuade thinks Jack Smith may Indict Lindsey Graham.
Barbara McQuade: "even if Fani Willis isn't going to charge you there's a possibility he'd be charged federally."
If Graham is indicted, it will likely mark the end of his 31-year political career, which began way back in 1993 when he was first elected to the South Carolina House of Representatives.
Legal Experts tell us, "Special Counsel Jack Smith is waiting to see if Trump loses the Election before indicting 200 GOP members of congress."

BREAKING: The US supreme court Just allowed President Biden to Force Elon Musk's Twitter/X to Remove misinformation on platform before the Election.
The US supreme court has struck down a lower court ruling in the case of Murthy v Missouri, in a decision that did not find the government’s communications with social media platforms about Covid-19 misinformation violated the first amendment. The court’s decision permits the government to call on tech companies to remove falsehoods, a key concern as misinformation spreads around this year’s presidential election.
The court ruled 6-3 that the plaintiffs had no standing to bring the case against the Biden administration, with conservative justices Samuel Alito, Clarence Thomas and Neil Gorsuch dissenting. Although many of the arguments in the case centered on how governments and platforms interact with free speech online, the ruling focused more on procedural issues and a lack of legal grounds to bring the case.
